I got my blood drawn at the lab at this location by Kelly. She was wonderful! She knew exactly what she was doing and got my vein first try. I get really nervous, but she made me feel comfortable. Thank you Kelly!

Highly recommend Teresa Straub. She is professional, she listens, cares, and answers all of my questions. I feel comfortable with her and she is holistic so I know she isn't going to try and throw meds at me. I really appreciate her services. Everyone at the clinic has been kind and helpful. I appreciate having a great place to go for health care.

I waited four months for a new patient appointment with Tamara Everhart a nurse practitioner at Summit Health at the old mill location. I am new to Bend and did not realize that there were two locations. I accidentally went to the Eastside location. I was on time. When I realized my mistake I called and they assured me there was a 10 min grace period. I hustled over to the old mill location arriving at 7:49 am for a 7:50 appointment. I had already filled out all of my paperwork on line. Tamara refused to honor my appointment. The receptionist said she has a strict 9 minute cut off and was already seeing her next patient. They offered to reschedule me and I refused as I am not interested in seeing a practitioner who does not have more compassion than that for a new patient. I feel like I dodged a bullet- and have no interest in starting a relationship with someone who can’t offer a bit of grace, give 1 minute. As A matter of fact why do they say they have a 10 minute grace if her cut off is nine minutes? How ridiculous.

If you want to be treated like a cash cow being milked without care, this is the place to be. call center is understaffed, and you can never see your doctor when you need them. When you do, you are a file, a name with conditions they can't remember, even if you just saw them last week. It may be challenging to find a doctor outside of this health group, but I recommend finding better staffed and more caring professionals. BMC is horrible.

My mom and I went to urgent care due to severe lower leg swelling. The PA (I believe Scott) saw her, thought critically about past diagnoses, came to his own conclusions, and not only made the referral but encouraged her to contact him if there were any bumps in the road. Thankfully, she then saw the correct specialist and is doing much better. Big thanks to Scott for his bedside manner, his critical thinking, and his ability to think past and around the bias that previous treatments sometimes cause. Thanks for helping my mom, Scott!!!

After 15 minutes on hold waiting for an appointment scheduler, I finally hung up. Unable to secure an appointment with my physician, I am unable to have the lump on my breast looked at. Ridiculous process: having patients absolutely unable to even get an appointment.
