The room TV is on a stand not mounted to the wall. My feet were in the way of watching TV while laying on the bed.
Our toilet spit back at you when flushed.
Warmest hotel pool ever and pool room was not humid. Very comfortable. With a private outdoor deck. Pool was a good size for my children to play in, …Their favorite. Since the pool water was so warm, the hot tub didn’t seem as warm, and the pool didn’t cool me off once I got out of the hot tub.
Continental breakfast was the bare minimum, but enough not to worry. Yet they offered 3 flavors of creamers. They had Hazel Nut and French Vanilla with the half-n-half. Hotel coffee is how I start my day.
Oh interesting fact about the pancake maker. I watched people walk up and do a double push the start button, placing more pancakes in the queue then they intended. There is a screen on the face that indicates how many pancakes you ordered.
Hotel location was very centrally located for my trip plans.

While the location is convenient, the condition of the hotel is disappointing. Our room had a strong musty smell, and the carpet was visibly dirty and worn. During the night, we were kept awake by persistent dripping and rustling noises—possibly from rodents—which made for an extremely uncomfortable stay. We raised our concerns with the staff, who acknowledged the issues but did not offer any resolution or compensation. Though it was only a one-night stay, it left a lasting negative impression. I would strongly recommend choosing alternative accommodations for a cleaner, quieter, and more responsive experience.

Terrible service: TV and its remote in room 214 do not operate as they should. The Saturday 7/26/25 continental breakfast had few offering - only hard boiled eggs, no bacon or sausage, pancake machine had a line out the door and took 3 minutes per person.

Booked a room here for a 3 day trip for Fairwell festival (July 17-20th) months in advance. We weren’t able to check in until late, so we called to let them know. The lady working that afternoon confirmed our reservation, told us that it wasn’t a problem, and ensured us that she would write a note to the night manager. When we got into Bend, we were told that our reservation was only for one night and we had “already checked in and checked out”. Not sure how this is possible seeing as I had the confirmation email pulled up and we had never checked in before that. The manager that I talked to about the issue was rude and unhelpful. I’m not sure what happened in their system, but after reading some reviews it seems that multiple other people have also had their reservations “disappear”. We ended up being on the phone with Expedia for over two hours where they confirmed that it was in fact the staff at Super 8 that changed our reservation. Wouldn’t recommend even trying to stay here.

The front desk staff and cleaning crew were amazing! Christina went above and beyond on helping us check in. Thank you, would stay again in a heartbeat.

All the staff were polite and welcoming except for Christina. Great hotel for the price and on an event weekend. Breakfast wasn’t amazing.

Rude and short personnell. Pool and property is ok. Good location. Breakfast is subpar. Constantly full garbage bins. Running out on bagels half the time of my 2 week stay. Pancake machine is broken half the time

The manager here is very rude. I am disappointed because the rest of the staff is great and the rooms are pretty decent. I hope for a better experience in the future.

Clerk was not friendly at all, breakfast was a joke, one pancake machine that wasn't maintained, nothing else but apples, room smelled like urine.

Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel room was nowhere as nice as the pictures made it look. Bedspread was old and tattered. Dried up bugger on the bathroom wall and shower head was super water saver, no water pressure.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke was used to coverup cat piss. Carpets were old and sticky. There was a splattering of cigarette burn marks on the bathroom floor in front of the toilet. We paid $245 for a room that was worth $80. They marked it up for the weekend. No one should have to pay that amount for any room in this hotel. All this is expected for an $80 room but not $245. The staff was great!

Let me tell ya, this place ROCKS! and Christina at the front desk, I'm convinced is an angel sent to save me and my fam from a TERRIBLE night, after a 6 hr trip, two kids losing their lunch in the car and multiple stops, ol Christina was able to accommodate us and give us some much needed rest, INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!
