My wife dropped me and my son off here. Walked in at 3:15p, posted closing sign on door and online says 4pm. No other customers inside. A stylist sweeping the floor says “Hi guys- I’m all done for the day!”. I said “Oh, you are? It’s just my son that needs a trim, not me.” She says “Nope, I’m all done for today.”
WTH.

Made an appointment yesterday and was told to come in at 10am, when they open. Come in at 10 and was asked by the person I talked with yesterday if I was on the list. I was not on the list because I didn't check in online, but I was not told to check in online. Be careful if you go here. You won't see me there.

Very poor service, I would not call it a hair cut, more like a chop cut, they need to send their people back to school to learn how to cut hair. Enter at your own risk !

One staff member apparently comes in when she feels like it, leaving the other gal to pick up the slack. That being said, the gal that works her butt off is efficient and friendly. I enjoyed talking to her and appreciated that she listened to me about the cut I wanted.

I got my hair done, and it was okay. The place seemed well kept but the person who was doing my hair smelled very strongly of cigarettes and were very rough with my hair, so rough that it almost made me burst into tears. My haircut also didn’t really turn out like the picture that I showed them. Overall, it it was a good price, but i may not choose to go here again. :)
