Drove through the 'Express/self' check-in, as there were 4 cars in the far left line, to pay & talk to an attendant. I picked the $17 option - they charged me $18. Told the one person with the sprayer that I needed her to spray both sides, as my car had stuff stuck on all around. She said OK, and then proceeded to only spray the left side of my car (the side she was on). I drove strait home. After I got out, I saw that the right side of the car was still dirty. I went back the next day, since they wouldn't answer their phone, & told the attendant about the $1 over-charge. He said that he didn't know why they hadn't updated their pricing on the self-pay lane yet. Then showed him the right side of my car - he explained that they normally don't spray the right side of the car - EVER. He said (in a nutshell) that he had to talk to his manager to get permission to run me through again. The manager came out & told me that he was not going to let me run it through again. I was pissed & told him I was going to write this review. At no point did either employee tell me about their guarantee: "If you are ever not completely satisfied with your wash pull around and let a team member know." I guess it doesn't say that they will let you run it through again - not much of a guarantee. Never again.

I had some bugs on my windshield before washing. As I drive thru they sprayed my can but no prewash. There are no towels after the was sho my car has water spots and bugs still on it. It wasn't the worst experience but I won't be going back

The staff was very nice and helpful went thru and got the most expensive wash because my boyfriend had been letting me use his car so I wanted it to be all nice and clean as a thank you. The first time I went thru when I got to the vacuums and got out the top was still dry. I went back to the cashier and he looked at the car puzzled, so he said I could go back thru so I did and then when I got back to the vacuums it was still dirty but I had to get kids picked up so I didn’t attempt a 3rd try. Very disappointed and later I ended up going to another car wash.

DJ was so friendly and helpful! He explained the different single services available and even let me know that vacuums were free with the automated car wash. The location is right off the main road and it was super easy to enter the auto wash and exit out back onto the main road.

It's an okay place to wash. 20.00 per wash for the works. If your car is really dirty, you'll probably have to go thru twice.

VERY disappointed. I stopped in to get a quick wash yesterday (5/20/24). My car was not excessively dirty, but I was hoping to get it shiny and remove some of the dead bugs. My next stop after the car wash was a grocery store a few minutes away (on a dry sunny day). When I got out to look at the car, this is what I found. All photos were taken approximately 5-10 minutes after the car wash. TONS of dirty spots, bugs still all over the windshield and front bumper, and even the dirt arch created by the rear windshield still there - it appeared untouched by the car wash. I paid for the “ultimate” which is the 3rd highest out of 4 levels offered here. It said it included a tire shine, but as you can see, the tires are filthy. Most car washes seem to do a decent job. This one was terrible. A complete waste of money. Spend your money elsewhere!

Longtime customer that won’t be returning. Paid for my wash as I normally do Atendee inspected my truck and folded in my mirrors. At the entrance to the washer they told me they couldn’t wash my truck due to there being rocks in the bed. Attendees proceeded to give me attitude after I said OK, let me through so I can get a refund. Upon getting a refund they proceeded to badmouth me over the walkie-talkies. Before this horrible experience the car washes were never that good to begin with. Lots of untouched spots and I’ve had weather guards ripped off before.
