Run as fast as you can away from this store. Especially if Tanner Beebe is working. I am a long time customer of sprint and now t-mobile. Sprint was always helpful with decent customer service but this t-mobile is a joke. I had to buy a new phone about 2 months ago. After about a month and a half I noticed a small Crack on the bottom of the screen. Upon further inspection you can tell the Crack starts right where a screw is. ( maybe over tightened at the factory) The salesperson basically called me a liar and told me I didn't have insurance on the phone. Even though I have had insurance on every phone I have ever had. I just simply wanted samsung or t-mobile to make it right on a $900 phone. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We will be taking our business and years and years of revenue to a different carrier. Shame on you t-mobile for hiring such worthless human beings to represent your company.

The staff is very helpful. I bought my phone and tablet at separate times. The staff showed me how my phone worked and when I came in for a tablet. The staff took their time and helped me. I recommend T Mobil.

After receiving the worst service possible from the other TMOBILE in town (from the Manager named Matt), this T Mobile store restored our faith in T MOBILE! The customer service, friendliness, and attention to detail is absolutely superb! Cant wait to do more business with this store!

This store (the Corporate store by Costco) feels like walking into one of THOSE used car lots. Be prepared to be fast-talked. And God forbid you are a 'Sprint' customer.

I went in to switch phone service and the guy levi I’m not even sure if that was his name was helping us and took three hours because he didn’t know what he was doing. He sent us home with a phone that had no service but the sim was in and he gave us a SIM card with no temporary phone number to activate the SIM card. Terrible employee

Really awesome service. Very helpful staff. I am saving money with much better cellular compared to AT&T that I had for many years. The price for service is what you get on your bill. AT&T gives you a price, then you notice extra fees when you get your bill.

Unbelievably poor service! We came in and got passed between three different sales people, had to show our ID and provide our information twice. They kept telling us they had returning customers and started helping other people in front of us even though we were waiting and arrived first. At the end, they told us they would check what is in stock and then suddenly were out of stock without even checking! Not sure that was the honest truth. Oh well. Taking our business to a different store. I hope that T-Mobile actually evaluates their stores based on sales.

Cooperative helpful employees. Solved one problem looked fine in store. Got home and couldn't text or get calls. Ive made 3 trips walking to tmobile store still 4 month old phone, not really working since i brought it. Please help. Customer service going down hill..very disappointed.

It surprises me that how 4 sales reps cannot handle 3 customers! Every time a new sales rep showed up asking for ID to pull up my account and then they disappeared in the stock room! To begin with, as a sales rep, you only have 6 phones and 2 watches on display! You should know what you have in stock for sale! If you don't want to sell anything to me, for any reason, just tell the honest truth and I'll leave!
