I have never had a dealership make it more difficult to spend my money than Hyundai of Bend.
I came to the dealership twice today to inquire about vehicles both times I had to track somebody down in order to get any kind of help. The first time at Kia I was completely unsuccessful I was driving through the Hyundai lot I saw his Santa Fe that caught my eye.
I just had my Cyber truck bought back from Tesla and got the refund check today and planned on basically paying cash for this vehicle.
After I finally got somebody's help all I did was ask to see inside of the vehicle. I'm on a bicycle and all of my belongings are unsecured on my bicycle. The sales rep refused to even unlock the vehicle or let me see inside without coming inside and providing them with a plethora of information. This is absolutely ridiculous as a consumer to be refused to see it inside the potential $60,000 purchase without submitting all of your information so they can solicit you later. I could understand if I wanted to drive the vehicle but all I wanted to do was simply sit inside so I could feel the interior.
Somebody please help me make it make sense????

If I could give zero or negative stars I would! They have horrible customer service, The new employees here are incompetent and liars. I’ve logged a complaint with Corporate and the Better Business Bureau.
I purchased A car from here and I was involved in an accident where the car was totaled, I was told to wait 6-8 weeks for a refund on a warranty contract, it’s stacking up and becoming a substantial amount of money…After waiting 9 weeks we started to call to ask about the check and was lied to, told the check was sent, told we would be called back, and never heard word from multiple employees. So we went into the store and talked with the General manager Jim, who assured us he would handle it personally and provided his cell # - after waiting a WEEK we contacted Jim and asked why we haven’t heard from him, after taking responsibility for the situation, and he said that SHAWN (a employee who has lied to us about the check being sent) was suppose to call us to give us a update….. this is unacceptable and shifting blame, I hope they all get fired.
In the mean time save yourself the trouble and spread the word that buy a car from here is only going to lead to a headache.
After purchasing a car and leasing multiple vehicles from this dealership we will no longer be customers after this experience and taking full measures to log complaints and see that some accountability is injected into this place.
Don’t let them fool you with the oh we have switched management, we went through staff changes.
Jim I hope you read this… your word is no good.

Went in to a different dealership and was treated disgracefully but when I came in here to see what this dealership could do, I was treated with respect and happily purchased my used Honda HR-V from Tim. I highly recommend this team. I tell everyone to come see Hyundai of Bend.

I miss the location in Salem. This store is shady. Went in and scheduled a service and got quoted one thing and then went in today and was quoted something else.

Absolutely disappointed in my experience of getting a car from team Hyundai. I have had my car for a year and half and have had nothing but problems with my car. I owe way to much on it as well to even trade it in anywhere to get a better car. I have a 1 year old daughter and I’m too afraid to go anywhere to do anything cause I’m always worried about if my car is gong to break down on me. I used to have good experiences there but I think after this car is done I won’t be going back.

Went on on a whim to check out the lone 4runner they had in stock and William helped get the best deal he could while also doing his best to connect with me on a personal level. Very happy with the purchase. I fully recommend William and the Financing team at Team Hyundai of Bend.

Went in there to get a 2017 Kia forte after my mom just bought one of there new cars there and when we walked in, Cameron remembered her name which we were both really impressed. You can tell that they really do care about their customer service and how they impact everyone around them. 100% would recommend gone

I wanted to see one of their cars and they kept pushing for me to come in. I asked if the car was ready and they said it just got out of the shop. I scheduled a time a with them and when I arrived, no one knew anything, and after waiting for 20 minutes the sales rep told me the car was still in the shop. Then he proceeded to try to sell me other cars.
No communication between their team, told me to come in to see the car and it wasn’t even ready. Not sure what kind of operation they have going on over there.

We went in for a new vehicle with 3rd row seating and Jose and James got us set up quickly with a great infinity. Their customer service was on point and they went above and beyond to ensure they could get us the best deal possible. This is our second vehicle from Hyundai of bend and we were very satisfied. We will continue to use them in the future. Thanks guys for the hard work.
