Stopped in for the film festival and chatted with the wonderful staff for a little bit. They were so nice and welcoming and even gave me some great recommendations for restaurants and activities. They have a cool selection of bend souvenirs!

My wife and I were almost immediately greeted by a very genuinely nice man who was also very helpful. The young lady at the cashier was also very friendly and helpful. The store had a great selection, and we would highly recommend.

Decent little gift shop for Bend-branded souvenirs, from stickers to socks, artwork, apparel, home décor goods, postcards, magnets, cocktail mixes, tchotchkes, and other memorabilia to memorialize your time in this rugged little city, and one of the few places in the downtown blocks where you won't get bent over and egregiously price gouged.

Came to Bend from out of town and had a great experience at the bend store! Bought a few items that were incorrect sizing upon trying them on, and the store was very happy to process an in store exchange. Upon leaving the area, we noticed we needed another exchange for one of the other items. I reached out through their website and they were so gracious to help in exchanging the item and getting a label to send it back within a day of contacting them. They are really thoughtful in their customer contact and made it super easy in the exchange process. Thank you!!!
