TJ was welcoming when I first stepped into his shop. I was passing through on a trip and I had just broken a spoke on a ride earlier in the day. He stopped what he was working on to check if he had the correct replacement spoke and when he confirmed that he did, assured me he would have it done that afternoon. Thanks for the expedited service TJ!

TJ is the best. I called right before they closed on Thursday, hoping to squeeze in two tune-up packages for a new bike and one we’d just shipped out from the East Coast. He made it happen, fitting us in on Friday and getting both bikes done by end of the day so we could ride all weekend as planned.
The service wasn’t just your basic tune-up either, it felt super personalized. TJ dialed everything in exactly the way we needed and even found a few things we didn’t catch and just took care of it. You can tell he’s stoked on what he does and wants to make sure you’re set up to shred. Honestly, this is how every bike shop should be, friendly, down to earth, and just as excited about riding as their customers. I totally get why he’s got such great reviews all over town. Highly recommend!

Was only in Bend for a month but TJ and the guys at the Hub helped get my bike fixed up multiple times - each time was super fast and extremely cost effective. Great vibes and work at the Hub - couldn't recommend this place enough.

My road bike wouldn't shift with the front derailleur so I assumed the cable broke in the brake housing. Brought it in to The Hub Cyclery and after inspecting it TJ (the owner) found that the it was only the cable set screw that some how loosened after many years. All he had to do was tighten it and adjust the shifting. Great that TJ was so up front about this. I will be going here from now on for any of my bike service or needs. Great shop and besides mountain bikes they do great work on road bikes as well. He even welcomed working on a Campagnolo groupset! Thanks Again!!

I had such a positive experience with this shop! I dropped my bike off on a Tuesday at noon with a broken spoke and it was ready by Thursday! I also had my back wheel trued and the chain replaced, all of which was only $66.00. I really appreciated that Thad (the owner) called me prior to putting on a new chain to get an okay before proceeding. The entire interaction was professional, timely, and affordable. 10/10 recommend this shop and will be back in the future.

Was biking back from Phil's down Galveston and my already suspect i.e. helicoiled crank broke. These kind souls got the helicoil back in, worked on it immediately, gave me a beer while I waited, and refused any payment. The fix allowed me to bike home. I'll be back!

We were visiting Bend and had an issue with our mountain bikes. TJ was able to get us in right away and fix our bikes. He identified some loose bolts that another bike shop had missed amongst other issues. His pricing was refreshingly reasonable. He saved our trip. We were so impressed with him, that we are now having him help us build a bike we’ve been waiting to build for several years. He is officially our new bike doctor. He is so patient and kind and has taught us so much about our bikes. He is trustworthy, friendly, honest, and is so knowledgeable and skilled with bikes. We are so lucky to have found him and his bike shop.
