The Meat Locker is a great, local, family-owned butcher shop next to the Jimmy John's, across from Costco. Customers shop here on a bi-weekly basis, loading up freezers with ground chuck and brisket, pork products, and poultry, while always indulging in a ribeye for dinner. The meat is high quality, delicious, well-marbled, and tender with hardly any wasted trim. The quality and prices are unbeatable compared to supermarkets.
The specials are on the board and change regularly. The variety includes amazing beef back ribs, out-of-this-world ground breakfast sausage, and the best hotdogs ever tasted. For a convenient stop, try their handmade meat sticks, which avoid the oily, processed residue of store brands. Do not miss out on their beef jerky, considered the best ever had; it is clean meat with no gristle or silver skin, and the habanero jerky has the best flavor with just the right kick. I was told about The Meat Locker on my trip to Bend , so I went in and checked it out ended up buying some, elk pepper sticks and teriyaki beef jerky. I have tried both items and I find it to be excellent.

Very nice selection of local beef and chicken options. Dont forget to try the Ghost Pepper sausage, its not too hot. 🥵
