The specials are on the board and change regularly. The variety includes amazing beef back ribs, out-of-this-world ground breakfast sausage, and the best hotdogs ever tasted. For a convenient stop, try their handmade meat sticks, which avoid the oily, processed residue of store brands. Do not miss out on their beef jerky, considered the best ever had; it is clean meat with no gristle or silver skin, and the habanero jerky has the best flavor with just the right kick. Great to find a local butcher! Tiffany knows about the meat she selects for the store. I followed her recommendation. Be aware that their offerings may not be as broad as other stores. Prices were decent. Best NY strip i've had in a long time!
