Sold me a car that had a fuel leak. Noticed it when got the car home. Got told sorry nothing they can do about it and that I'm on my own. Very unsafe. Don't trust their inspections on their used cars before resold.

King at Thomason of Bend was absolutely amazing! For being only his second car to be sold King did amazing and won lifetime customers! Joe and Steve are amazing themselves as well! Everyone made you feel comfortable and didn't pressure you into buying something you don't want. King was willing to go get the vehicle we were looking for. King made this purchase very pleasing! I had an incredible experience here! I came in to look at two cars, and Steve went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. He even moved my appointment up an hour earlier and had both vehicles ready to go when I arrived. I was on a tight schedule with only 15 minutes after the test drive, and he not only accommodated me but also followed up right away to let me know I was approved.
When I came back to finalize financing, all the paperwork was prepared, and the process took less than an hour—no upselling, no pressure, just straightforward and efficient service. I truly can’t say enough good things about this company. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the market!!!

Easy breasy! Found the truck I wanted, biggest hiccup was the posted location. With their multiple locations and constant moving of inventories I would recommend calling ahead to make sure they have the vehicle on site. They were great to work with and brought the vehicle from Redmond so I could look and drive it. No pressure, great values, easy service.
