“I'm from out of the area (in California) and have a Turo car which was rented by a guest and driven to the Bend Oregon area. While there, my car developed a broken brake-line. Bar Towing responded to assist. The Turo guest had become difficult to communicate with and was being uncooperative with Sean from Bar Towing. Sean called me and kept me up to date on the status of the situation and was extremely helpful with resolving the issue.
A long story short, over the span of two days, Sean assisted me with getting the vehicle towed to a mechanic who repaired the brake system. Sean called multiple times and really made this long distance headache so much smoother.
I really appreciated having someone who really seemed to care and who went far above and beyond his standard job description to make this unfortunate situation better.
