Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Jesse is the best- I've trusted him with a handful of repairs and services for my car, and he does a stellar job every time! Townsend consistently delivers thorough and honest work, which can be very hard to come by. I'm so grateful to have a go-to shop with outstanding technicians I can always count on- thank you so much for all your hard work!

My car's splash guard was damaged driving through snow and ice - it was repaired within ten minutes of arrival for a fraction of the cost I thought I would pay. I will always come back here if I have any car troubles while in bend. Incredible service and value

I'm not sure if Townsend is dishonest or just sloppy. They charged $150 to inspect and then asked for $450 to replace the front left strut assembly. Good thing we asked another shop (Brakes for Less) for a second opinion, because it was actually just a nut that came loose. Brakes for Less inspected, disassembled, and fixed it for $62.50.
