Was helped by the owner after coming in. Needed a transmission drain and fill with engine oil service. The business owner was one of the nicest staff members I've ever met. Didn't have to wait too long before I could get my car back so the service was fast. The pricing was the real coup de gras, it was overall pretty inexpensive and the waiting area was nice. Would definitely bring my car back here ?”

“After pulling our heavy 5th wheel from Texas, for a summer of fun in Oregon, our transmission fluid was getting hot and causing shifting issues in our Dodge Ram 3500. Original Bend T. got us in right away as we pulled into Bend. This was after a month of traveling up the Oregon coast and through Portland, having difficulty in finding anyone that could take care of us. My wife and I are grateful for the quick turn around time and of course, fixing the issue.”

“Tom has had a fast turnaround for his work. There was an accident and unfortunately my transfer case cracked very slightly. Tom has been a man of his word and is replacing it no questions asked. Very experienced with transmissions and transfer case’s from what I observed due the conversation we had. I think most these people leaving negative reviews don’t understand how complicated this work is.”
