  This place is a hidden gem and will be my go to movig forward as I am new to Bend. They have beautiful clothes, jewelry, home decor, shoes and etc are divine some used some brand new snd the used all seemed brand new which was amazing. I was able to put together the most beautiful outfit ever.
  Most of all I will never forget Amy! Not sure if she owns the store or not, if she doesn't she deserves a huge thank you and appreciation for running a store that was getting pretty busy yet she made each individual shopper feel special!!!! She was absolutely amazing in helping me find that perfect outfit I needed to feel beautiful again during this difficult time in my life. Thank you Amy. I will definitely be returning and telling everyone about this amazing hidden gem in downtown bend!!!! Btw My necklace fits just perfect, I was meant to walk into your store today after hours of shops and nothing was calling my name until I walked into you're store.

  I stopped into this consignment store recently and was initially impressed by the selection and layout. They have a decent variety of vintage and designer items, which makes it a fun place to browse. However, I feel it’s important to share a concern that came up during my visit.
  
  I came across what was labeled as a 1990s Coach purse—something I’m fairly familiar with—and unfortunately, after inspecting the details (stitching, hardware, “leather”, and creed stamp), I realized it was a counterfeit. I even snapped photos and had it authenticated online as I was hoping it was real. So BUYER BEWARE!
  
  I understand that with consignment inventory, it can be hard to authenticate every item, but when it comes to vintage designer pieces, accuracy and transparency are key. Selling counterfeits, even unintentionally, damages buyer trust and can have legal implications.

  I recently visited this boutique in Bend and was impressed by their selection of cute clothes, including some fantastic designer and name-brand pieces. I had a great time browsing through the store and found a few dresses and skirts that I had to purchase. However, the customer service wasn’t great; the staff member at the register was preoccupied with chatting with a friend and didn’t acknowledge me at all while I was in line to check out. I had to patiently wait to get her attention to ring me up. Once she started ringing me up, she continued her conversation with her friend and continued to provide no customer service. Regardless, the unique finds made my visit enjoyable!
