I visited the father and son, (Jason and Evan) business to repair/replace the rear brakes on a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6 Touring. I was referred to Tuner Automative by an employee at Napa Auto Parts. I am impressed with the honesty, integrity and quality of service and paid less than the quote from Subaru of Bend. I am delighted to find a honest mechanic to service my vehicle in the future. I had such a great experience working with Jason. He was extremely prompt, communicated clearly, and his customer service was outstanding. I dropped off my vehicle and had it back within just a few days, which was such a relief. Jason was super helpful throughout the entire process and made everything easy and stress-free. I had a timing belt/water pump service done on my new to me GX470. I appreciated that Tuner uses the same parts I would choose if I were doing it myself and a brief conversation with Jason confirmed my choice of using this shop. The work was done well and in less than a day. Jason and Evan went over a few concerns that I had about the vehicle and provided a quote for the next repair. I would recommend this shop to anyone who appreciates a smaller business and supports local people who strive to provide excellent service. The price was fair and what I expected. Bonus, I got to pet Subi the shop dog.

I made a 1:00 appointment for a lifetime oil change . Turner said it would take two hours so I planned my day around their schedule with no other transpiration options. When I arrived they said it would be done at 5:00. When I make an appointment. I treat it like a commitment. I guess Turnet doesn’t look at it the same way.

Jason was recommended to me by a friend after I spent the better part of the morning calling every mechanic in town to get my evap charcoal canister replaced ( damn rocks!) and being told everyone was out about 2 weeks to even look at the damage. Jason got me in basically same day, had my car fixed within 24 hours and gave me a very fair price for the fix. Professional, great service and wow did you smash the timeframe of everyone else in town. I’m so grateful. Will be using Tuner for my Toyota rav4 from this point forward. Thanks Jason and staff!

Friendly and fast service! Pleased with the pricing, communication, and results. We got a diagnosis for our son’s car (Nissan Murano) — did tuneup and alignment, replaced rear brakes… now we have peace of mind that our child is safe as he gets ready to leave home for college.

Dropped my Honda Element off without an appointment on a Monday night and they had it back up and running by Tuesday afternoon! Clear communication, fair pricing and a great overall experience.
Also had the duo replace my clutch, tune up my 22R-E and do some suspension work on my pick-up and it feels like a whole new ride. Once again pricing was totally fair and everything was presented up front - no surprises.

Got recommended this shop by a coworker after the dealership quoted me for some ridiculous things. They looked at my car the same day, confirmed there were no issues with it, and didn’t charge me anything! Will be going here from now on! :)
