I’ve had services a couple times for various items on my 2000 Tacoma. Every time, they’re kind, punctual, and explain their mechanical repairs so I know what’s going on, on a more basic level. Great folks; will return!

Jason and Evan are the best. Excellent mechanics, very reasonable rates, super friendly. They get things DONE and do a super job. Straight shooters-- they'll TELL you if something is not worth the cost. Who else does that?? Their pre-purchase inspection is an absolute necessity. Can't recommend them highly enough-- they're even wonderful dog people!

I have had the luck of being their client since April of 2024 and I can sum up their business practice pretty easily... They have had multiple opportunities to encourage me to buy a used car that would need a lot of repairs that would make them a lot of money. But they have continued to discourage that. Instead they have helped me search for a solid replacement vehicle that will not take a lot of work on their part. That should tell you everything you need to know about the character of the people working here at Tuner Automotive. They are knowledgeable, friendly, reasonably priced, and willing to try and fit you into the schedule if possible so you can get back on the road.
I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work. And their Dog Subi is adorable! Thanks guys for always being so great and willing to go the extra little bit to help me out, I don't know much when it comes to cars and without your help I'd be lost.

Friendly, no-nonsense, and knowledgeable service. Jason & son performed a 120k mile service on my Lexus RX. They also refuted an unnecessary service that was suggested by another shop in town (Happy Danes). STRONGLY recommend Tuner Automotive.

Tuner is the absolute best! They are amazing people who run a completely honest shop. It is so rare to find mechanics who tell you the truth and help you make the best decisions when it comes to your car. Tuner always delivers! So grateful we found them to take care of our cars.

Tuner Automotive is the best. Over the years I’ve taken numerous Toyotas, our Honda CRV, and Lexus hybrid in and Jason has always been honest, knowledgeable and fair. Whether it was general maintenance and smaller repairs or a (major) engine replacement in a ‘07 Sienna, I have complete trust in Jason and Evan’s abilities. I know that the price will be fair, and I won’t be sold things I don’t need. 5 Stars.

Jason knows his stuff and methodically goes through possible issues with your vehicle. He will be honest and let you know the best way to resolve the issue. His rates are really good and his replacement parts are top notch. The shop does a great job at keeping in touch with you and will warranty the work. Jason loves vehicles, he just wants to make sure you love yours too. Go see him for any work you may need done. Very trustworthy, top tier!

I’ve taken both of the vehicles I’ve owned to Jason and he has always provided honest service that is reasonably priced. Amazing communication and super friendly as well. I’ve heard some real horror stories from some of the auto shops in Bend but I’ve never had an issue here. Truly only positive things to say. Thanks Jason and shop family!!

I have been taking my Toyota to Tuner Automotive for a few years now. Jason and Evan are always very friendly and accommodating. They take the time to explain to me what's going on with my truck and what my options are. They have even sent me photos and videos mid repair! Tuner offers an old-school style service you don't get from the larger chain shops. I wouldn't trust anyone else in town with my truck. Highly recommend these guys!
