Alliance Storage had been my go to for years. They are always so kind and polite . If it happens to be cold outside they start your rental and warm it up for you. I highly recommend using Alliance Rental. Great people and great service.

Truck was full of dirt when we got it and covered in scratches. Location was impossible to park at, had no room in the parking lot itself and no on street parking. Equipment itself was usable but very old. Our fault for returning late, but by 10 minutes is pretty disappointing to be charged $20.

We were told that someone would be in office when we dropped off truck..of course, no one was there. We would have had to wait 2 hours! Used after hours drop off, we are due a refund and I sure hope we get it.

Both times we have used their service we show up and there’s a sign on the door that says they will be back in an hour or some time in the future. It is beyond frustrating! If your open 9-4 be there 9-4. Ugh!

Friendly staff. Very busy location for the property it's on. Limited parking. Better equipment than other locations. Great experience except for the drop off which the only problem was space. They have very little parking and it makes it tough to navigate anything.

Their gas tank mark on the paperwork was WAY higher than what was actually in the tank. I norlticed it two miles after we left & took a picture of the mileage & gas guage. The ten foot trucks get 12 miles to the gallon. I drove the truck 11 miles total. They charged me for SIX GALLONS of gas!!! THIEVES!
The UHaul app is junk and could not verify my location to do mobile pickup, so we had to wait an hour for them to open to get the truck, but they didn't want to change the return time to reflect that.

They had the trailer we specifically needed. We arrived at the appointed hour. It was ready for us, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Trailer wa@ in , no problems at all. And the return took less than a minute. Will definitely rent from them again..glad to have this resource in klamath falls

After the years first snow I was dreading getting into a cold uhaul but they had it warmed up for me when I arrived. I should not have been surprised, they always go above and beyond!! I rent a uhaul multiple times a month and have tried out all the locations in Bend but none can compare. I always appreciate the tips and tricks as get more and more comfortable driving a large vehicle. They remain the gold standard of customer service in my book. Thank you!!!

Total chaos at this location yesterday afternoon. Nobody present to process at least five returning trucks at once. Ridiculously tiny location shared with a storage unit, no choice but to block the gate or back out into traffic. Storage tentant yelling at confused Uhaul customers who were looking for staff to yell at, fortunately someone inside the gate was able to trigger it open and allow a few of us in to use the loop and get turned around. We were forced to use the app to complete the check out without feeling like we were just abandoning the trucks to be pillaged in this sketchy neighborhood. The app is hands-down the worst automated process I have ever used. Avoid this location at all costs.
