Umqua on Century Drive in Bend is completely understaffed. You may just sit at the drive through for what seems like forever, and need to give up and leave.

After 10+ years of service, we are moving away from this banking institution. The amount of unresolved headaches and random service fees that have accumulated over the last 2 years with their acquisition of other banks in the area has become untenable.

Worst run bank in Bend. Countless issues, from shorting my cash deposit to 30 min wait in line with only 1 person in front of me. Reported the short cash and never received a follow up from management. Strongly suggest another branch or even better a different bank.

Long-time customer but receiving very poor customer service. May 12th, the ATM kept my debit card after I entered my PIN. Then, it stopped working altogether. I asked the young person behind the counter if they could retrieve my card. She said "No"; the ATM had just been serviced and that it couldn't be opened for another week. I asked to speak to the branch manager and was told he was on vacation. The teller suggested I get an expedited card and she said the $60 fee would be waived, and that the card would be delivered the next day. It is now May 17th, and still no card AND the $60 fee was deducted from my account. Incredibly poor customer service!!

Love coming here. They have always been kind and prompt. Recently spent some time at this branch with Rebecca and she's awesome! So patient and kind answering all my loan questions and making me feel comfortable during the process. And although I have closer branches I could go to, I generally will go a little out of the way to come here :)

Parked my work truck outside of this business after plowing snow from their parking lot after a huge snow storm. Returned to find a not on my truck asking me not to park my "farm truck" near their business as it is a high end bank and it would hurt their reputation. Very rude. Your welcome for clearing the lot for your "high end business".

Umpqua is a pathetic excuse for a bank. Please dont go here, do not use their services. They will charge you crazy amount of money and then not be willing to help you out at all.

Walked in at 4pm on a Monday to move my personal and business checking & savings from Wells Fargo. Staff was rude and told me they were unable to help me because they closed in an hour and to come back the next day before noon. Um, forget it. Went straight to OnPoint and they gladly helped me.

Opened an account, was given one set of information about restrictions etc, went to make a deposit and was told a whole different set of rules. Went to close the account and was told oops the customer service rep gave you wrong information. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing, and people are incompetent.

This bank has changed my life in so many ways. Sounds crazy, but it's true. I do all of my banking here and I love telling everyone how much better my bank is than theirs:)
