Rude young girl that is a teller. Unfriendly and was rushing me. Whole transaction took minutes. But so unfriendly, like she couldn’t be bothered with me. There were zero other customers in the bank. Husband asked to use the bathroom. She said no. He had to go across the street which was a very busy highway.
Really? We are customers and cannot use their bathroom.
They get a big fat minus in my review!
How rude. This happened today.

Rude tellers and overall sub par banking services. Inability to admit fault in transaction mix up and blamed the West side location for being "short staffed". Severely lacking consistency between branches is frustrating and extremely unprofessional. 0/10, would not recommend.

I am a contractor and did a small task for the folks there. Very pleasant experience working for the staff. If they treat someone working for them so well....I am sure the customers are well pleased! Lorne

I absolutely love this bank. I have never have had a single problem with them. So, to say I'm unhappy about the events to come is a major understatement. When the branch I was with went to 1rst Community I had problems with them, A LOT of problems so I decided to come back and here we go again. I really wish you would stay the way it is. Looks like I'm on the hunt for a new bank.

On 072722, I was at this location after the call center told me I had to come in. However the bank requires appointments to be made in advance. I had driven 40 miles to come in. Instead of being turned away, the bank manager was very concerned and went out of her way to take care of us. She was very polite and kind and caring. We were very pleased with the service we received at this Umpqua Bank location.

The absolute worst bank. They answer every phone call with the "Worlds Greatest Bank" complete joke! Janice the manager at the branch is not fit for a customer service position especially in management. DON`T OPEN an ACCOUNT with them.

The lady I talked to on the phone was so kind and helpful. She took time to answer all my questions about opening a checking/savings account in detail.I've been needing to switch banks, and I thought I was calling a credit union (in the moment of the call, I thought Umpqua Bank was a credit union...I found myself in a zombie like state after an hour of shopping for doctors and bank).But despite the fact, I was shopping for a "credit union", the lady I was speaking with still answered all my questions thoroughly, as if I was one of their potential customers.It makes me want to switch to their bank. Plus, I also liked that I got to speak w/ a local banker than being routed to their call center.

Great place. Transferred all of my accounts from Wells Fargo. This is 10x better. Nice people. Fast service. Low fees.

Tried to open an account with another person for a business partnership. Have had some fraud issues so informed associate of these issues and provided drivers license and passport as identification. Was told this was adequate. Wrote check on my personal checking account to open this account. Get a call later that they need more documentation. Ponder the situation, decide I'm willing to report federal trade commission report# and police department case# but I see no need to provide more than that. The account was opened with a balance from my check. They want copies of the fraud reporting but I am not listed in the account so they are unwilling to return my funds. Un-f-ing believable.

A full 24 hours after making deposit and my funds are still unavailable, system won't even let people sign in! Balance is incorrect. As soon as my funds are available I'm opening an Account elsewhere and once my direct deposit shows up in that new account I'm closing this one worlds worst bank I repeat world worst bank take the saying down it doesn't apply!
