Was charged $30 to deposit a check. Had to provide my social security number to locate my account. I have been told it will take multiple weeks to receive the funds. Personal information was leaked last year. Not overly impressed with this bank.

Put your money in Umpqua Bank...and then your personal information will stolen, Umpqua will send you a letter claiming they care, and then you'll be required to do the work to secure your identity. Do they take responsibility? No! Umpqua Bank: insecure and unhelpful!

Closed Thursday for “inclement weather”? Sure it was real dang cold outside, but the roads were just fine there was maybe 1-2” of snow that wasn’t even sticking and you work indoors in a heated building. Then closed on Friday also for the same reason?? It was in the high 30s no snow and literally no excuse for that. Then you’re now closed today? What a 4 day weekend wasn't long enough for your pampered bankers? What a joke. Many things over the last couple years have made me consider changing banks but I’ve stuck with you through the “unprecedented times”. But this is absurd and you’ve now lost my business.

Used to love banking at my bank.... but for the last couple years the lobby is randomly closed and there's usually never a banker available..... And most of the time there is only 1-2 tellers. They also switch bankers/managers often so you will never develop a relationship with your banker.You are in Bend, so people need paid a living wage for Bend in order retain people.

This branch was closed during its advertised business hours. There was a sign outside saying it would be closed approximately for another week. I had to rush across town to find the next closest bank, but ended up at some commercial banking center/office that was also closed and obviously not a retail bank.

Really appreciate how everyone worked hard to get the accounts back up after the power surge. Jacob kept me informed enough that I knew I didn't need to worry about it. I've been an Umpqua customer for several years and will continue to be there as long as this kind of great service keeps happening. Thanks so much for keeping my money safe!
