Dudes, no one cares about President's Day. Been waiting on a package that got stuck at this location and it looks like now I have to wait 4 extra days for a computer that I need badly. I can't go pick it up because the store front is closed. Someone please delete this holiday!!!

Consistently late with all my packages, now one is out for delivery but he just passed my house 30 minutes ago, you also lied to amazon and told them I refused delivery before it was even on your truck. You suck, your employees suck, and I hope ups shuts you down without warning and hires a more competent crew to do the deliveries

I will officially pay more for an alternative product and avoid brands all together who ship their products via UPS from now on.Still waiting after 15 days for a package. The store is only open 4 days a week despite clearly being behind on deliveries. To top it all off, I went to the store to get my package because I need it and to save them a delivery and they wouldn’t do that either.Sorry UPS but I just don’t believe your reasoning for why this delay has occurred. Originally you said the war in Ukraine is why, despite this package never leaving the United States. Now you’ve blamed it on the weather despite it being nearly 50 degrees for the past two weeks.Either hire more staff, start paying your staff for overtime, or start denying package shipments if you can’t handle the ones you already have.

The UPS driver has fraudulently (stolen) not delivered packages on more than one occasion although they claim they have. The latest non delivery, the photo they have is in the back of their truck or in their depo (please check yourselves), who knows where.We have 15 cameras monitoring our property 24x7 and it's not the first time a UPS driver has committed fraud. We are unable to make a complaint with UPS as the UPS site creates an error and says to contact the shipper (we are the receiver).As it's impossible to speak with the local manager, someone overseas just dismisses our concerns. No email to send a complaint to either.What has happened to this country that has reduced the morals of once decent shipping company.

Not sure who makes up their system of priority when they get back logged from late deliveries due to weather, but wholy cow, they need a different job!I have 3 packages due. One I have waited 14 days for. It arrived in Bend yesterday 2:30 AM. The other 2 arrived this morning, one at 3:30 am, the other at 6:30 am. The only package on the truck headed to me for delivery today, is the last one that came this morning at 6:30am. WHY???Who is responsible for Bend UPS priorities of getting packages out to customers? Again, I have waited 14 days for the package they have had in Bend since early yestetday morning. All I keep reading and hearing is due to weather. We have not had bad weather for 4 or 5 days now. I have been in Bend the past 2 days and its sunny and 45 to 50 degrees and dry pavement. Its not due to weather. Its due to incompetance. Do your job or go home and let someone who cares fix this mess, so people get their packages in a timely manner. All you are doing is making a bad name for UPS. Go home. Leave it to the people who take pride in their job.

Packages are delayed 90% of the time. Staff is unhelpful - have been told contradictory information about the same thing. I wish businesses would use FedEx or even USPS. What a joke.

Highly disappointed with the staff in Bend. I've had many problems having a package delivered. The driver DID NOT attempt to deliver a package as the note said. He simply didn't want to go to through the gate to the front of our house. I have had ZERO problems with other delivery drivers going through a small unlocked gate to deliver to our front door. We were home ALL day waiting for this package. Then when I finally got in contact with a human from the bend location she said she would have the delivery driver bring it to their front desk which is open till 8:30 to pick up my package and that they would call me when it was available because I live so out of town and I have to time my driving to do my errands. So I waited another four and a half hours to do my errands- it got dark and foggy and STILL NO CALL. SO I went in all the way to town just to find out my package didn't get delivered to the front desk as was instructed to the driver! What is his problem? And since I waited so long to do my in town errands, the businesses I had to get to were closed by the time I came out to town. Because I waited all day for these idiots to call me back which they never did. They could have called me back to tell me that the package wasn't delivered! Instead they enjoyed keeping me in the dark. SHAME ON YOU AND SCREW YOU GUYS!

Second time having an issue with the driver. There is clearly a safe location for driver to leave packages and a door bell at front of property yet they insist on throwing it over the gate allowing animals and weather to ruin orders. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible

UPS continues to deliver packages to the wrong house. I've already talked to two different representatives in person and shared more details on where I'm located, but they continue to deliver to the wrong location. Not sure how else to navigate this issue, so here's a different attempt to raise this flag.

Package was shipped on Thursday the 16th, Next-Day Air with delivery scheduled for Friday the 17th. The package was in Bend at 11:20 AM. When the package was delayed "due to weather" (which is a lie - it was beautiful weather throughout Oregon yesterday) the delivery was pushed to between Monday, 20th to Wednesday 22nd. Why a next-day-air package that failed to meet delivery schedules was not upgraded to Saturday delivery is beyond me. This is a total logistical failure in making the decision to keep the package at a facility that is closed over the weekend. Now I cannot pickup at the facility because they're closed until the 20th. What irritates me more is the lies and excuses for what is simply a failure on their end. If they would just own their failure I wouldn't feel nearly as irate.

UPS sucks so bad. Supposed "delivery attempt" where they don't even knock or leave behind a notice of attempted delivery. Corporate customer service can't help us without this info notice number! You need to leave something behind! I wish they would answer their phones locally so we can pick up our stuff!

Sent a ground package 8/18/23 to arrive 8/25/23. Although we had the correct address, UPS kept trying to deliver the package to the wrong location (incorrect bar code maybe?). The receiver never received 1 attempted delivery to the correct address. UPS ultimately returned back to us 9/8 after ZERO attempts at delivering. Now they are stating that there is no refund because we chose ground delivery.

UPS said they tried to deliver my package three different times which they did not The last time they said they attempted to deliver at 8:13 p.m. and I was sitting there waiting for them for 3 hours and they never showed up I came in to pick up my package and I was told that they were back in the shop at 8:13 p.m. so they lied and did not even attempt to deliver my package when they said they did.
