Staff was completely unhelpful and lacked any mental capacity for abstract thought. A robot could have provided better service. I left without shipping my package and went somewhere else. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

The team here has been fantastic to work with. I had a really important package delivered with expensive shipping insurance and their attention to detail to ensure a good experience, as well as follow up after the delivery, was second to none. Great experience.

UPS local number sends you to an AI assistant. What a waste of time of listing a local number if you are directed to an AI bot then directed overseas (over an hour queue) to a person who barely speaks English.One again, The UPS driver has fraudulently (stolen) not delivered the package although they claim they have. The photo they have is in the back of their truck or in their depo, who knows where. What's the point of having a proof of delivery photo if it's the UPS drivers feet.We have 15 cameras monitoring our property 24x7 and it's not the first time a UPS driver has committed fraud. We are unable to make a complaint with UPS as the UPS site creates an error and says to contact the shipper.The UPS drivers are fully aware of the cameras here but they are not concerned with stealing after speaking with one of them claiming they are never disciplined.What has happened to this country where a once decent carrier service has lost all morals.

paid for overnight shipping. package is delayed. no reason given. website is not informative. phone call informed me package was 'put on the wrong rail.' UPS is blaming the local franchise. Unacceptable customer service.

Terrible experience. I had a box of books to ship and asked the fellow at the front whether UPS had an equivalent to the USPS "media rate." He said they did and that shipping it with them would cost "just a couple dollars extra." I figured I'd spare myself the trip to the post office so agreed to ship it. The cost? $53. I later found out that the same package at the same weight would have cost $27 at the post office. A couple dollars extra? More like double! I won't be coming back.

Second time having an issue with the driver. There is clearly a safe location for driver to leave packages and a door bell at front of property yet they insist on throwing it over the gate allowing animals and weather to ruin orders. Completely unacceptable and irresponsible.

It should have been so easy!!!DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION for access point delivery. Our departure from town was delayed a day as this store refused delivery. It is a franchise and can do as it pleases and only accepts packages for box holders.Extremely frustrating and got lucky that package was still at the UPS hub.

Was turned away for getting a set of 10 copies of my resume printed because the print manager Rebecca can not do her job. Previous experience at this location she told me it was a 24 hour turn around for color prints. I showed up today with the expectation to get my prints tomorrow but she turned me away. Ten copies takes less than twenty minutes of your day but she would rather sit in the back on her phone and do nothing at all with her time. I will not be returning to this location.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this might be the worst UPS location the entire country. I honestly mean it. The kid they had working behind the desk on 9/11/22 was quiet frankly a complete a**shole. There's just no other way to describe him. Poor customer service is one thing. But this was shockingly on another level and everyone he interacted with in the store was visibly surprised at how they were treated.

Why would a UPS Store not have W-Fi for its customers? Tried to do a Zappos return and was told they have no WiFi and that I should go down to Starbucks! That's PATHETIC
