on december 4th i used their drive-thru atm and requested a withdrawal in the amount of $1000 usd their atm machine said hardware malfunction -- your cash retracted. no money received! my account debited this entire amount.... over a week ago this happened, the bank was notified immediately of the situation by phone, and as soon as they opened next business day, in person. the first impression was not good, they acted as if they have nothing to do with the atm machines attached to their own bank with their logo on them. i got the feeling that they care less to return my money. a week + later i still have not been refunded! beware they are theives... other banks would take this situation seriously and return the victims money at max 3 days but most likely 24 hours... these scums cannot be trusted.... they are screwing me over, i cannot pay any of my bills or buy daily essentials. i suggest anyone who banks with them to think twice, you might want to close your account, they care less about people, they are a crooked unethical business. ( they cannot be trusted with your money) ..

Guess more people have time to write negative reviews than positive ones. I have always loved banking with U.S bank, staff is always so kind, no issues what so ever in the years I've been banking with them.

Used the atm at the front entrance, the machine took my card and nothing happened. Why would a bank not have access to their own atms? How stupid can a bank be! No help by the people that work thawed

I have always had the best banking experience with this bank. Steve and his crew are great! I moved all of my accounts from another bank to this bank because they have good relationship banking.

Kind , attentive staff. Steve was able to get an amazing mortgage loan for my daughter when she wanted to refi and months of assistance after a scam was offered with patience and professionalism by Natalia. Employee shortage has created stress but tellers are always upbeat when I’m there.

Honestly poor customer service I came in to try to see if I could get my overdraft fees looked into, and they did look into it, but seemed to not care about anything I had to say. I also deposited my check there and she deposited it but after just stared at me blankly…….. like ok are we done here?Been banking with U.S bank since I was 14yrs old. Can’t believe they could even care to try to help me

This branch could not be bothered to help my 3 daughters open accounts. They had 1 customer in the whole branch and wanted us to make appts and come back. The tiny branch is Safeway on Hwy 20 was happy to help us and gave great customer service. The Manager, Michael Herzog, at the Safeway location knows how to treat customers!

Bank likes to rip you off! My partner had a PENDING charge of 7.99 which gave me a balance of -5.41 that again was PENDING. They issued a PENDING overdraft fee for that item that had NOT cleared yet. He deposited enough money to cover both charges thinking since both were pending that the overdraft fee would drop. It did not. I cannot believe that they would issue a overdraft fee for a charge that had not cleared yet. He will be closing his account on Monday. We are hard working people like many others with a family to support and it just makes me sick that US bank takes advantage to take money away from hard working people to support their rich corporate greed!
