This US Bank branch specifically in Bend OR. has really accommodating, effective, and genuinely nice staff. I have been with US Bank for about 6 years now in 3 different states, and have never had a branch as easy to deal with as the team managing this one. Good job Century Blvd. Bend Branch folks! Appreciated.

US Bank has been awesome. Their IT side of things seem to be superior to other local banks in the area. Mike Herzog has been extremely helpful.

I'm not quite sure why your hours are still shortened to just 4 PM. COVID protocol is over....It's April. People who have regular jobs are unable to physically walk in when you close at 4:00.

!!! Don't make an appointment here unless you want to waste your time. The woman that took my appointment was extremely short w/ me & made it feel like she needed to rush me in&out. Keep in mind there was not a single customer in that entire building during my appointment at 10am. -She gave me ZERO information on what I needed and did not even give me the time to explain everything I wanted to handle. We sat down for probably less than 30 seconds... -Who wants to waste there time with crap customer service... I made an appointment to get help & she didn't do a single thing to help me. I wish I would've never gone.

This is ridiculous. If people can go into grocery stores they should be able to go into a bank with proper distancing and a mask. Reducing hours and only having one drive up lane makes for long lines and slow transactions. Also having only one teller is uncalled for. Just open already. I had to wait 20 minutes in the drive through and I’ve been a longtime customer for 25+ years!!

How are you supposed to conduct banking business if they won't let you in the door? Attempting to get a cashiers check and they won't let you do business with them, it is all online. What is the purpose of a physical branch, if you can't conduct transactions that need to be done in person?

Awesome staff at this location that really do make a BIG bank, feel like a small one. Both Rocky and Jay handled our refinances with the utmost professionalism, and we are now happy to be US Bank customers after years of not being one. Both Jay and Rocky understand that all business begins with well maintained relationships. They built a great one with us, and we are happy to be back doing business with US Bank again. Highly recommended for both personal and business banking.
