They have garbage service in Redmond with places in town that barley get 1 bar. When I finally switch to Verizon I had an over $200 credit on my account due to just overpaying through the years. When I was canceling service they told me it would take 5-7 business to get the refund back on the payment option I had online. 2 weeks later no refund so I call and talk to someone in India that I can hardly understand. They told me it would take 30 days from cancellation and they are mailing a check. Now 2 months later still no refund. I have been a customer for over 20 years and will never have them as service again.

I had an amazing experience at this US cellular store with a representative by the name of Colton Mosher, when I got my new phone. I have never left a review before. I was very impressed with Colton and how streamline and cordial he was.
The man deserves a raise and/ or recognition from US cellular at the bare minimum. This is coming from a person who regularly deals with salespeople, and corporate entities. Hopefully he does get his recognition. I’d hire him for the face of my company in a heartbeat.

I have been a client for years with US Cellular. I had an old data plan and tablet needed new unlimited plan. I went on Tuesday the 10th. Amanda greeted me immediately with all other associates saying Hi. Amanda got me set up on new plan, and I got a new free tablet, I purchased all the accessories for it. She put everything together and synced my phone to the tablet.being new she got assistance from other associates Geoffrey zeppelin who was also helpful and patient. I met store manager Crystal Sanchez- Montoya who was very nice helpful and patient also and was very busy with inventory but stopped when needed to help, also associate Anthony Drouet, helped answer questions and was very patient and helpful. Such a great experience, we all laughed at how dianasouer my old plan was, and I'm 65 so they were all helpful teaching and old gal new data tricks. I so appreciate my experience and all these wonderful associates. Please tell them thank you from the bottom of my heart. They are exceptional associates. God Bless them and that store, I am a happy happy customer, Anthony even called me the the next day to let me know he took old tablet off my plan and new one was only one now on there with phone.

After 25 years with this company and great customer service until November of 2023, we got screwed. My wife needed to get a new phone because their phone had a charging port that failed. They pulled a "bait and switch" on us and sold us a phone that's charging port also failed 20 days into their 15 day warranty. No loaner.. They said "sorry, we don't provide help any longer". So she went through 2 surgery's with with no phone to communicate with her doctors and the phone showed up 9 days late.They told us "yes, you can keep your plan and it will only be $4.27 a month with the promo". They changed our plan and my next bill was $200+ more that month.

We switched to US Cellular about two years ago hoping for improved reception in our home and on our way home. Unfortunately, many of our calls were dropped at home and driving. We were shocked when we were billed for the entire month when we switched providers only five days into our billing cycle. Buyer beware!

The service for us cellular here in Oregon sucks so bad. Not only that, they will try to get me to upgrade my plan to the newer ones which are $120 a month for 36 months every time I try getting a new phone. Complete ripoff.

If you're looking for a cell phone provider and you're in the market for a new cell phone do not do business with us cellular or give them your money do yourself a favor and find a better cell phone provider my mom has been with us cellular for the last three years and for the last three years they have been an absolute nightmare for my mom every time she pays her phone bill they always interrupt her phone service for absolutely no reason and they will not work with her to adjust her payment date they can't get anything through their head or listen about anything thank god my mom's phone is paid off and she will not be upgrading it and she will no longer stay as a customer with us cellular they are also trying to say that she owes for two months when she don't first it was $122 then it was $177 then it was $312 i had us cellular in my teen years They did the same thing to me they said I owed over $600 when I didn't and they Interrupted my phone service us cellular is nothing but a bunch of crooks and they don't care about the customers or helping them or making the situation right they are just in the market for screwing customers over and taking money from customers they don't owe and interrupting customers phone services for absolutely no reason!

Man, this is a bad phone company!The people who have worked here for a long time are good at talking you into horrible deals . They just confuse you and charge extra . Then .. you can’t get your old plan back when you realized they tricked you because they say that plan is no longer offered . If you want to feel scammed and ripped off use this company otherwise I suggest you pick another phone company. These crooks got hundreds from me! I'm extremely happy with AT&T

Absolute nightmare. My transferred number never worked. I spent HOURS with their support trying to solve. They couldn’t so I transferred to Verizon, which they made hard. Then they had the nerve to report the bill for those few weeks to my credit report as unpaid. Unbelievable
