After 25 years with this company and great customer service until November of 2023, we got screwed. My wife needed to get a new phone because their phone had a charging port that failed. They pulled a "bait and switch" on us and sold us a phone that's charging port also failed 20 days into their 15 day warranty. No loaner.. They said "sorry, we don't provide help any longer". So she went through 2 surgery's with with no phone to communicate with her doctors and the phone showed up 9 days late.They told us "yes, you can keep your plan and it will only be $4.27 a month with the promo". They changed our plan and my next bill was $200+ more that month.

We switched to US Cellular about two years ago hoping for improved reception in our home and on our way home. Unfortunately, many of our calls were dropped at home and driving. We were shocked when we were billed for the entire month when we switched providers only five days into our billing cycle. Buyer beware!

The service for us cellular here in Oregon sucks so bad. Not only that, they will try to get me to upgrade my plan to the newer ones which are $120 a month for 36 months every time I try getting a new phone. Complete ripoff.

Man, this is a bad phone company!The people who have worked here for a long time are good at talking you into horrible deals . They just confuse you and charge extra . Then .. you can’t get your old plan back when you realized they tricked you because they say that plan is no longer offered . If you want to feel scammed and ripped off use this company otherwise I suggest you pick another phone company. These crooks got hundreds from me! I'm extremely happy with AT&T

Absolute nightmare. My transferred number never worked. I spent HOURS with their support trying to solve. They couldn’t so I transferred to Verizon, which they made hard. Then they had the nerve to report the bill for those few weeks to my credit report as unpaid. Unbelievable

Had to pay a 204$ phone dollar phone bill twice because of a employee mistake. Had Proof of the bill being paid by receipt and text message on my phone. And they said they even had us on camera paying the bill and seeing that we did but because of their employees screw up we still had to pay twice they would not except their mistake. The manager at this location is very rude and should not even have a job. Especially when they admit it's their mistake but still will not take care of the problem. Worst cell phone company I've had an experience with. So for this month bill it cost over $400 Do not trust this company.

Walked in and paid for a screen protector for my phone in advance because I was waiting for someone to install it. The two reps were helping someone else and the third rep said she was not good installing them. Then when the customers were getting up and leaving they decide to help someone else that came in after me :( i noticed they had a sign that read...."my goal is to make sure each customer knows they are valued". Seems like an oxymoron!

The guy named Zack was very informative and helpful. I would give him 5 stars. The sevice and now all the problems I have using US Cellular is a nightmare! I have problems with my phone service at least 1 to 2 times a week and have to call. I have to go into the store for my current problem. I should have stayed with Straight talk.

Uscellular is the only way to go .... I have been a customer for over a decade and I dont plan on changing. Great customer service and great coverage.!!!!

I bought my son a prepaid phone to take with him to vegas to visit his grandpa and he broke it, wont turn on at all. SO I bought him a new phone and sent it down there to him thinking he would just be able to put his old sim card in and be good to go BUT NO! I called and talked to someone and they said they can't activate his new phone unless they can send a code to the old phone the one that wont even turn on. I need to stay in contact with my son and don't have money to activate another phone when I already paid for service for the first phone.They said go into a store and there isn't a store in las vegas !!
