We’ve lived at our home for over a year and yet continue to receive mail for other people / prior residents.
We have repeatedly taken wrongly delivered mail to this office - as instructed - and have clearly labeled our box with who currently can receive mail at our address. The mail kept coming….
We were then told to write “Not at this address, return to sender” in large/clear letters across the front of the envelope and place in the outbound mailbox. However, the last time we did this, the “Not at this address…” mail was simply shoved back into our inbox!!!
I’ve always been an advocate of the USPS, but this is seriously questioning my faith in these people.

I dropped off a very important package this morning and I asked them to scan it and give me a receipt when I dropped it off. The lady that could hardly speak English said that they don't print receipts, so I said that was fine as long as it gets scanned. Its now 3 hours later and the tracking info says that USPS is still not in possession of my package so I decided to call them. I had to call about 10 times before someone finally answered the phone and when they did answer they were super rude to me and said that I have to ask for my package to get scanned (which I did ask for originally). I then asked when My package was going to be scanned and the lady on the phone said I don't know and hung up on me. I do not recommend going to this post office they are extremely rude and the customer service is terrible. I recommend going to the downtown post office if you can, they're customer service is much better.

It’s hard to give you a fair review when you won’t even answer the phone. I only need to ask you one question about my package that you are holding and I can’t even do so because you don’t answer your phone.

Terrible. I dropped off two (costly) packages a week ago. I asked for a recent with tracking #s and was told they don't scan at that location and that the tracking # is on the label. I checked a week later and there is no trace of these packages!! I called twice but answers and the call eventually drops. Now I have to go back to the location to find out what happened and they are only open 10-3. I will never go there again.

I have lived in a lot of places and have never dealt with such a frustrating postal experience. Our packages are never delivered - they hold them at this location. We consistently get the wrong mail in our mailbox. Since I have to go pick up my mail/packages there regularly, I also usually have to wait 5-15 minutes after ringing the doorbell for someone to come and help me.

Just wanted to say I’m waiting on mail that is literally life dependent and it was mis delivered today. I called my attorney and he will be in contact. This cannot continue, you’re putting peoples lives at risk. It’s a federal job with federal consequences just remember that.

Don't often write reviews but just wanted to note that despite all the poor reviews of this location, I had a good experience today. Not trying to invalidate anyone else's experience. Keep in mind the hours are limited and this isn't a full service post office. I had to come pick up a package that required a signature. I came in at 12:26 pm and left with the package in my possession at 12:28. You do have to ring a buzzer for the staff to open the door, which made me think at first that they were closed. So don't let this scare you away. There was no line and the woman who helped me was cheerful and polite. So perhaps some changes have been made based on the problems that others have had over the years.

Instead of greeting me with a ‘hello’ or how’s it going today’ the larger lady who works here just looked at me shook her head and said loudly ‘I don’t want to deal with this anymore’ and walked away leaving me alone at the customer service door. What is going on with this location, why do these people still have a job? The first day I tried to come here the whole customer parking lot was covered in packages all over the ground so there was no where to park. Managed to park on day 2. Literally the rudest most unhappy, entitled staff in existence here. They know their paycheck is coming from the federal gov so they don’t try to serve the citizens at all. This post office is such a joke it’s like something pulled straight out of Grand Theft Auto!

At this point they should just close this place down because clearly doing the job isn't working out. I think we would all be better off just picking up our own stuff, lord knows the actual drivers aren't delivering to the right addresses 99% of the time. The actual station staff is completely useless, they can't tell you where anything is at or who has it where.

Laziest, Rudest postal people ever. I send things to my son there, they don't even try to deliver it, always say mailbox is full and refuse to take packages to the address. THIS is why the post office is disappearing, thank goodness, it can't happen fast enough.

Well....here goes another negative review. This post office has so many one star reviews, it's crazy. How is nothing done about this place. I have never had so many issues with just receiving my mail, since I have lived at this address. I don't even know how many claims I have opened for missing packages, numerous, I really can't even put a number on it, A LOT. Today my packages were given away...again. Through tracking I was notified that I had two packages out for delivery, one at 6:11 am and one at 6:12 am. I then received a notification that my packages were picked up at the post office at 11:08 am. I assure you, it was not ME! I was at work and how would I even know to go pick them up if I got notified they were out for delivery! This is too much! They were probably given to the guy who always picks up a bunch of records. I know this because this has happened before. STOP giving my stuff away, STOP putting things in parcel lockers and not leaving me keys, STOP marking things as delivered when they are NOT!!

I have never in my 37 years been treated with such disrespect. My package continues to say out for delivery each day over and over… No package. I finally drove down to this location and was greeted by a lunatic woman named lizzy. She told me she can do ABSOLUTELY nothing for me and slammed the company door in my face. My package is at this location and they refuse to deliver or hand over my package. I spoke with Sara the manager about this and she just laughed in my face. Unbelievable! Both of you should be fired. Terrible service.
