I love Vanilla, this is one of my favorite stores in Bend. We always stop into Vanilla when we are visiting family Bend. Great quality clothing and extremely helpful staff. Cool local business that brings back the quality shopping experience. They moved locations and have a very big beautiful store. Definitely recommend Vanilla, go check it out. Great to see a local business doing well.

Complete lack of customer service. Dont like salespeople that are aggressive or all-over and chatty when shopping, however in a nearly empty store, we were not acknowledged at all after more than 15 or 20 minutes of browsing. Had pulled several thousand dollars of merch to try on but decided to leave it given the complete apathy of the sales staff.

I like their clothes. quality is fairly good.the return policy 14 days only store credit isn't my favorite.biggest issue:I really hope they change their outside picture billboard on backside of building in new space. As a mom of two littles who always pushes stroller past or has kiddos on bikes or scooters, it's wildly inappropriate and embarrassing. (especially being a boutique where infant and kids clothes are sold.) Why?

I've been to this store a few times now and I absolutely love it. Their inventory is always rolling. The staff can help you find whatever style you're looking for, they know their styles and organization very well. Their clothing is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. I like to stop in every few weeks to see what's new ?

Rude help! I've never been treated so badly in a store EVER! Asked for manager and I got the same attitude from the OWNER. Seriously, skip this store. Clothes are overprices and they don't value customers. Trust me your not missing anything at this store. Save yourself from the worst family run business in Bend. So sad.
