With a 60% off coupon 2 pair of glasses would have cost almost $800. I e as looking for back up glasses. The pair I currently have were done 3 times and are still not right. I was told at was the best they could do.

I have been frequenting this store since moving to Bend several years ago. The staff is welcoming and helpful. They are always looking to please, especially Elizabeth! They give me the feeling that unless I'm happy, they're not happy! I recommend making your appointment here!

This was hands down the best eye appointment I've ever had. Staff here is very attentive and service oriented. I've been wanting to find contacts that don't hurt my eyes but haven't had any luck with previous eye doctors. Dr. Joshua Goulding was very understanding and helped me find contacts I can wear comfortably all day (something I haven't experienced in awhile). Elizabeth was so very kind and compassionate and helped me pick out a pair of glasses. Thank you all so very much!

I’ve had horrible experiences at other vision shops in town, and this was the opposite of that! The staff were very friendly, helpful, and patient to guide me through my first eyeglass purchase! Would highly recommend for sure:)

I needed to order contacts and Ann was extremely helpful and i was pleasantly surprised when she ran my insurance benefits and they covered my contacts 100% for a year! Thank you Ann!

Was told at front desk they didn't accept my insurance for appointment. Paid another clinic for eye exam. Then insurance carrier would only fill eyewear prescription at Vision works as they were the provider covered by insurance. Several weeks later still trying to get prescription filled.

The staff took me in on short notice and were excellent in their ability to determine what I needed both through the careful exam and with the proper frame for me. Not only they get the vision needs right ( I have a difficult prescription) but Elizabeth took her time in getting me the best deal and the best fit. I usually have to come back but she got it right the first time; her experience and good service made it so easy for me. Thank you Elizabeth and staff

Nice place, great people, great product. They were easy to deal with. Huge selection of frames. If you have VSP for insurance, be prepared for a pleasant surprise. Elizabeth was fantastic to work with, and Dr Goulding (Josh), could not have been more professional. Will go no where else for my eyecare needs.

The better eyeware store in town for premium prescription ware -- came here with mother today -- the store has hundreds of options all laid out on the walls and the staff have heaters for the frames to fix glasses for your face and head

Update: It is now Friday November 11 and I STILL have not received my glasses!! I'm taking this very personal now!! These people do NOT CARE about their longtime customers at all! I literally can not do anything without the proper glasses and it's going on 5wks I could get an appointment for the doctor and 3 wks since I ordered glasses! That's just uncalled for in the eyewear business!!I will not be returning to this store again! Every year the costs go up and they refuse to use insurance for the deals and my latest pair has taken 16 days a counting!! They broke my frames and didn't get new ones until the day they were due!! I have no back ups because they won't order new frames because inventory is soon. I'm DONE WITH THEM!!

I highly recommend! The entire team is so friendly and helpful. The doctor is amazing and takes time going over all the test results. Great prices and quality glasses
