Wow! It doesn't get any more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have a Berkel meat slicer and was needing some help with the electric motor. They were not able to assist but provided a link to the Berkel Midwest parts house. Thanks for helping over the phone and saving 30 mile round trip to stop by.

I had a pump go out on my hot tub. A local hot tub tekkie came out and told me I needed a new pump for $500. Took it into Waddel's and Gary fixed it in under 2 hours for $60! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!
