This Walgreens is absolutely ridiculous! They purposely do not answer their phone, they will leave you on hold while they pack up & go home. They never have the medication I need & only dispense 5 days worth of meds then they won't fill the rest of my prescription. It's ongoing! They can do better but won't! We should all stop using this pharmacy because they think they can get away with treating us like this. I'm 100% disgusted with Walgreens as a whole because of how rotten their care is. Also, I've had other pharmacies fax Walgreens to send my prescription over but Walgreens staff ignores the fax so I'm stuck with them until I can get my doctors to fill some place else. Maybe if we all stop using them they might change their ways but it's very doubtful. No stars NONE!!! Just gave them one star so I could warn you!

Been on hold for over 20 minutes. Keep being told that there is "Two people in front of me." For over 20 minutes? Trying to find medicine...this is not helpful.

Pharmacy unexpectedly closed all weekend glad I wasn't out of my meds.Went there today (Monday) at least the pharmacy was open but drive through was closed AGAIN.For people that are mobility challenged and need drive throughs to be operating AS ADVERTISED this is not good.Walgreens needs to lose their pharmaceutical certification!Lost me as a customer!

Each month my DR submits my reoccurring prescription. Yet they don't and won't fill it till you physically call and request to fill it. The DR called and they wouldn't fill it with my doctor either. It will just sit in their system untouched. God forbid you call, you're on hold for 30+ minutes (usually the time I give up waiting). There is NO reason you're on hold for that long when you call when they have been opened for a MINUTE. I've been in this Walgreens countless times, and its NEVER been busy enough to have people just sitting on the phones without being helped.

I've used Walgreens for years in 3 different states and always had excellent customer service. I worked with the Walgreens Pharmacy on Highway 20 in Bend for weeks trying to get 2 prescriptions filled. They kept telling me that my insurance wouldn't cover them even though I'd called Medicare who confirmed that they were covered. Medicare even did a 3 way call with Walgreens and me to confirm that the medications were covered. I went back to the store every day for weeks and was told that their system didn't recognize that they were covered. Medicare told them it was a Walgreens issue and that they needed to call their help desk. I was told that they were on the phone for "hours" trying to get through to their help desk. I suggested that that was an internal problem and asked to speak to the General Manager. I was told that he would be given my number and would call me. I declined their offer because I'd been promised phone calls along the way that didn't happen. My point of contact was the manager whose first name is Alena (not sure of spelling). She was very pleasant each time we spoke but failed to update her staff as to what was going on. If she wasn't there (which was often the case), no one was able to help me because there were no notes in the system. I finally had my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy in town and had them in a matter of days. I understand this particular manager also works at the other store in Bend so I don't plan to use either one.

I have shopped at Walgreens for years. It was nice when they came to Bend , and not just one but two stores. One on Franklin, and the one on East Highway 20. They carry products that other stores don't. Check the store out I think you will be happy

Called them twice to get an out of state prescription transferred. After getting told twice my Pharmacy in Houston would need to call them to initiate the transfer, when it's actually the other way around, they finally assured me they would expedite my transfer and would have it ready in a couple hours instead of the 24 hour normal wait time. I arrived there a couple hours later and the gentleman at the counter while polite was very condescending. Immediately showing me the screen and telling me there's nothing in their system. I asked if they could call my Pharmacy again and initiate the transfer and was told to call my doctor and have him send the request for the prescription. He also told me that Kroger Pharmacy, my home Pharmacy wasn't accepted by Walgreens. Obviously he didn't listen to their voice recording that clearly says Kroger's is accepted. I'm giving them such a low rating because I felt he was trying to brush me off instead of help. I contacted Safeway earlier today and told them about my transfer and with in a couple hours I was picking it up. No brush off, no call your doctor, no your not in our system, no we don't accepted Krogers. So Walgreens, plz get a better system for transferring prescriptions and train your staff better on how to make this process more about the customer and less about making it easier for them.

How can one of the worst, most inhumane, and god awful evil companies be so large? No idea. But this place is garbage. Out of everything they show being in stock, only one employee working, and dozens upon dozens of bins all over the store at 5pm not unloaded? Super garbage. Don't even get me started on their pharmacy....

Don't go here to get a Passport photo. I went there and asked if I could get my photo taken for a Passport. The young lady behind the counter said we don't do that. I said you are literally standing under the sign that says you do. She just shrugged her shoulders & looked away. What just happened I thought and left. Poor service.

I would give this walgreens a minus number if I could. I have tried to pick up 2 medications at the drive up window 3 times this week. I always go when the window is "supposed to" be open, and every time the shade is pulled with no explanation about when they might be open. I know they're severely short staffed, but surely they can put a note on the window regarding when they expect to be open. Also, my husband and I made an APPOINTMENT to get our new Covid vaccines, and when we arrived we were told that that pharmacist wouldn't be in for another hour, and it might take 3 hours to get our vaccine. Why did they provide appointment choices when they weren't going to have coverage? I'm beyond frustrated. Hear that, Corporate?!

They are the absolute worst. Over the last few weeks I've had nothing but nasty interactions with rude pharmacists over the phone and in person. Today I sat on hold for a hour and 42 minutes. 1 hour and 42 minutes is beyond enough time for them to pick up the phone and answer one phone call. I hate using them for pharmacy needs because I've never had good encounters with them, but I needed a prescription today and unfortunately did not get it because I couldn't even get through to someone. Not to mention while I was on the phone trying to get a hold of someone, I had a family member inside trying to possibly pick it for that same period of time. A few weeks ago I also called asking about a prescription I was told they carried and have picked up from them in the past. I have to have a name brand of that prescription because I have a bad reaction to the generic. He basically called me stupid on the phone "because they are the exact same thing and I can take both." Even though in my notes it says I can not take the generic brand. Well guess what, I had a bad reaction to the generic one.. of course. So besides getting called stupid by pharmacists, them having crappy attitudes and them being rude to you this place is great.. because you can't ever get through to talk to anyone the other 90% of the time.
