This has got to be one of the weirdest walmart experiences i've ever dealt with in my life. The staff seemed to be completely out of their mind--possibly on narcotics--like totally checked out - the clothing section was an unmitigated disaster with clothes strewn all over. This was a place out of Deliverece - one cannot begin to describe what a hell hole this place was

Traveling on vacation. Stayed August in Bend. This pharmacy was tremendous in transferring prescriptions from home pharmacy. Accurate, prompt and caring. Couldn't be happier w Susie, Tate, and Mitchell.

Huge waste of time!! After spending time getting my order I put for delivery and choosing 7-9 am for delivery the next day so there wouldn't be any delays, at 10 am receive a message that they are delayed. The message said they were still shopping my order so I tried to be patient. After waiting at the house all morning at NOON (3 hours after my 2 hour delivery window) I call and find out that the 3rd party delivery people had trouble with their own system (not my credit card) and couldn't check out and cancelled order (3 hours prior!). No one notified us, Walmart couldn't fix it and I had nothing for 26 people at my house for lunch. Never again. Total waste of time!!

I'm posting to counter the 1 reviews because while I agree Walmart is awful, the people inside working are not. They're simply like you and I and need food and shelter. Walmart exploits this fact to create oppressive working conditions to maximize profits. While not optimal this is much preferred to communism and thus is the American way.

Possibly the rudest and most unhelpful employees out of anywhere I've been shopping in Bend. Would not recommend anyone to shop here it's really not worth having to deal with the shit customer service

Walmart is the best when it comes to delivery. They always make sure I get what I order. It's a life saver. Since the pandemic Walmart has a monthly and yearly membership that saves a ton of cash M. Meehan

This is the second time Walmart canceled my custom cake order on the day I was supposed to pick it up. Which means it’s now too late to order another in time for his birthday…I figured the first time they just had something come up but seriously? A little heads up when I ordered WELL in advance would have been appreciated so I could make other plans…now I tell my 7yo he won’t have cupcakes for his school party. Ugh. Don’t order from Bend Walmart custom cakes- Redmond always has them done.

I accidentally bought quest protein bars instead of quest desserts (they're right next to each other) and tried to exchange them but the store doesn't allow returns or exchanges of quest items, even if you just bought it the same day.

Really bad experience. Ordered custom cake. On day of party, before we could even get there, order page shows it was already picked up! I was so mad but we had no other choice but to get another cake. Went to chat w a Walmart CS agent. Got told oh investigation would need to be done and within 48 hrs, I would be contacted regarding resolution. Week passes by and I went to CS chat only to be told oh yeah what I was told wasn't true. I had to contact bakery. I tried to but bakery dept won't answer, electronics, won't, I can't get ahold of anybody. Last time I ever depend on Walmart for birthday cakes.

The problem isn't the store or the location, it's the processing indoors and it always smells of cigarettes. The product availability might be better than nothing but every product you want sells out before you get there
