Shannon did a great job of helping me replace an old chainring. He went above and beyond. If you are looking for a shop to make you all warm and fuzzy you are looking for the wrong service. They are not the best communicators BUT most cyclist are introverts and that is ok. If you are patient and allow them to look into your needs I have learned that they take VERY VERY good care of the issue at hand. I have tried other shops and Web Cyclery consistently draws me back with the knowledge and availability of cycling parts.

I've made a few purchases from WebCyclery in the past year, including a bike and highly recommend their shop. They excel in their customer service, pricing, and all-around bike knowledge. They were a huge resource in understanding my needs and budget for a new bike, which has translated to a huge joy riding this past year. A+ shop and staff!

If you haven't been to "church" lately, stop in to Web. The crew is one of a kind...Zach was truly amazing...so kind, and patient with us, and such a pro technician. Such a positive vibe.... we all need to pay it forward and learn from such good people. Thank you all for being such a top notch shop/church!

Updated: The response from the business is exactly why you shouldn’t use this shop. For example, calling me “Jenny” which isn’t my name and makes me sound like a little girl (sexism). Might as well call me “baby” or “sweetie”. They make it sound like I had a bad day and that they went above and beyond. The response feels sexist and like gaslighting, and I’m left wondering if male customers are also dismissed as having a “bad day”. The shop wasted several full days of my time. I went in asking for help finding a new handlebar and relied solely on their expertise. They failed to give me important information about how the handlebars they picked out for me would totally alter the fit of my bike, making it unrideable and painful. Before paying for the handlebar, I had called the shop questioning the handlebar they selected as it was for a commuter bike. They said to try it out (even though I had doubts) and if I didn’t like it not to worry. Then, much to my surprise, when I paid for the handlebar I was told there were no refunds after install. Wth. I had to argue with them to fix it and they refunded only a percentage of the money I lost. It took them a week to schedule an appointment to spend 15 minutes changing my handlebar back to restore my bike to its original condition. When I arrived to have my handlebar changed back (after waiting for an appointment), instead of completing it while I waited (did I mention it takes less than 15 minutes) they asked me to leave and come back. Driving back and forth takes more time than it does to replace the handlebars. This showed total disrespect for my time and turned this into an all day event. Also, the bike has not been used since I went to the shop and now it mysteriously has a flat tire. They offered to fix the flat for $25, when I’m sure they must have damaged it. I of course cannot prove that they punctured the tire, but it seems like it had to have happened at the shop. Despite knowing I hurt myself loading the bike into the car, there was no offer to help load the bike upon pickup. My experience was awful and after 4 trips to the shop, my bike isn’t in the condition it was in when I first arrived. This shop makes my blood boil.
I’ve literally cried 2-3 times because of my experiences with this bike shop. They made my bike worse and wasted several days of my life. This is one of those places where you see a 4.9 star rating and are left wondering why. Go anywhere else.

I had Webcycle work on my mountain bike brakes and they did a superb job. The Tech, Silas, was very thorough and worked thru a challenging problem. I highly recommend.
PS - I also buy my skate ski equipment from Webski and I am very pleased with their service and support. Best in town.

My favourite bike store in Bend. These guys are fantastic, fast and efficient, at a reasonable price. I came in with an emergency and they solved it for me.All bikes stores should be like this. Thank you guys, you made my biking vacation perfect. And of course, I now have my new favourite t-shirt!
