There is a lot of maintenance that seems like it doesn't help the Internet for me it's been disconnecting over half hour and the Internet is slow for only 4 people

We have been with Webformix for eight years. At times it works fine, but we frequently have poor performance. I. That time Webformix has not upgraded our modem or hardware technology once.

I am so happy I switched to Webformix! I have been very happy with my service. I only lost connection once since installing, and only for about 5 minutes. With my last company, it was a few times a week and sometimes for over an hour. Haven't needed customer service extept to sign up, and everyone was great! The installation went smoothly and the tech was wonderful. THANKS for being such a great service

They have real people who answer the phone, real people to call to update your card and whatnot. I had dreamed of never being on another dial tone waiting line like most big providers have, moving to central oregon I've found the internet provider of my dreams! Which is an odd thing to say, but they really have been wonderful with customer service. Truly 5 stars.

After ten years of impeccable service and helpful customer support we had Webformix put in a new router system. I believe it’s called a mesh.Josh came out and installed plus matched the TV for better streaming. And wowee! It does.The internet speeds are faster also.Another great encounter with this excellent company.

By far the best internet service in Bend, Oregon. Their customer service is phenomenal, they always answer the phone, even on Sundays. They are friendly, helpful and local. To top it off they have very affordable prices! I can’t say enough good things about Webformix. :)

Internet goes out often, The download speeds are lower than paid for. $145 a month for 12 mbps? Not worth it, Bend broadband would atleast give me 100 for that price... I live close to the tower and get nothing out of it.

After considering the available options for high-speed Internet at our location out Crooked River Ranch, we picked Webformix.We are so happy that we did!We love to stream movies, and I play online multiplayer video games regularly. Since we have had the Webformix service in the beginning of July of this year, we have had zero issues!I can game online without any lagging and we can stream movies on multiple devices at the same time.Also, it is great to actually get a human being on the phone when you call their customer service line. The field technicians are polite and friendly. When we first moved to the ranch, we had to temporarily live in our RV until our house was complete. We had a very nice technician named Steven, who hooked up everything and got us going in no time! Then once we were moved into our home, we requested that Steven return to relocate the Internet line and router into our house. Once again, Steven was polite, professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to make a customer happy.I would recommend this Internet service to anyone in the area.

Very happy with our experience prior to service, install and current service. Julie in the office was patient about answering questions, getting additional information and walking us through the process. Our installer (sorry, I forgot is name) was awesome as well. Making two trips to our house to confirm mounting location. We’ve had service for almost a month now without issue.
