These five stars are for Sarena Pugh, the branch manager. I had a banking issue that ended up being more complicated than anticipated and it stretched out over a few months. I think most bank employees would have given up at some point and said there was nothing they could do to help. But not Sarena. She was by my side every step of the way to sort things out, and she called and emailed with regular updates to keep me in the loop. She is exceptional at her job and is also a really wonderful human being. Wells Fargo is lucky to have her on their team!

So first off, I don't bank here. They stole money from me 20 years ago, and I have never been back. All I wanted to do was put cash into my mother's bank account. I have her name. She gave me her account number to do it.I was told no, you can't put CASH into someone's account. You have to have an account. Also, it needs to be as a check so they can track it.They gave some excuse about money laundering.I provided my ID with the same last name and had the account number.A bank that won't take cash! This bank needs to be broken up or fail like the rest of the "too big to fail" banks.

Wells Fargo is a complete waste of time. I have been dealing with the death of my father and I needed to close out his accounts. I set up an appointment for today to finish up everything that I needed to. When I got there I was told that they would not help me because I do not have a physical ID (I had my wallet stolen last week). I have an account at Well Fargo and they have all my information on file. They still refused to help and told me that I would have to make a new appointment then asked if I would like their card. After I left I got a call from them telling me that they talked to other people in the company and they in fact STILL CAN'T HELP ME and that I should try to talk to another banking branch to see they could help me.Seriously guys, the accounts are with you, regardless I need to go through you to get this all figure out. Why not doing your job? not push YOUR work on to another person.

I loved wells fargo. So I say this with a heavy heart. Ryan Sindt is not very helpful. I was able to get a call back from the branch manager and she seems educated in the process of opening business account and demonstrates she cares. I will edit my review based on the outcome

Sabrina was very unprofessional in her customer service approach. I felt very uncomfortable throughout my whole banking experience at the branch.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had. It’s impossible to get help there. They only ever have one banker working, middle aged guy who likes to recline in his chair and eat snacks off of his swelling belly, and he apparently is never available even though I can see him mindlessly scrolling through Facebook in his cubicle. Must have taught him well at Texas tech.Anyway, just decided to move my personal and business banking to a credit union. I have tried to call this location in downtown bend at least a dozen time over the last month and I have never gotten an answer or a call back. Some banks have bad customer service, this bank has zero customer service. OnPoint is walking distance away I would recommend taking your business there.

Amazing customer service! Nick was friendly, patient, and helpful with replacing my lost debit card and asking if he could help me with anything else. Thanks Nick!

Parked in the WFB lot as I normally do to use the ATM. Walked around the block and then into the lobby ATM and returned to find my truck was towed. The tow receipt shows I parked at 5:10PM and was towed at 5:45PM and I am a WFB customer for over 30yrs and actually transacted that day in the lobby ATM. This is beyond predatory. frankly stupid, and a horrible way to treat a customer. No wonder why the Fed is investigating WFB given all the bank's scandals the past couple years. I am pulling all my accounts from WFB.

This branch knowingly contracts with a local tow company that enacts predatory towing practices by paying a guy in a gold Toyota Camry to sit in their lot to look for suspecting vehicles parked by people who are not customers of @WellsFargo downtown Bend. Even if I had gone into the bank to apply for a home loan which would have taken 2 hours or more they still would of towed my vehicle because they are trying to make quick cash on people with nice cars who they think were there for “too long†even though the sign doesn't post a time limit. Downtown WAS NOT busy at the time and there were at least 6 open spots when I pulled in and more than 10 open spots when I went back to get in my truck. Sean the owner of the tow company was in the lot in his truck with another car loaded on already with open spots everywhere - he told me where to pick up my truck but never gave me a rate card or told me cash only. $265 to get my truck back - BTW MY DOG WAS IN THE TRUCK THE ENTIRE TIME

I always have the best experience when I go in to talk to my banker about my account and I always leave happy. All of my questions are answered on the spot and I'm really glad I chose to bank with Wells Fargo and this location is my favorite, every employ is kind and helpful!

Giving it one stars because I can't give them zero. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 13 years and have kept using them because I travel a lot and have had great customer service all across the country. The Wells Fargo's here in Bend are the rudest, least helpful bankers I have ever experienced. I went to deposit a check here, the manager wasn't sure what to do so he ASKED A CUSTOMER IN LINE if he could cash this check. They were too busy chatting to even bother to help me, and told me I was out of luck. I took the check to Bank of the Cascades and they deposited it without any issues. The next time I step foot in a Wells Fargo will be to cancel my account.

Unfriendly. Convenient but are super unhelpful if you want to do anything outside of the norm. Too bad :/
