This review is for the Wagner shopping center Rite Aid pharmacy in Bend Oregon. I put in a prescription refill request online and it was accepted. I was given a date and time when I was told it would be ready. So far so good. Then on the day the refill was supposed to be ready I tried to call the pharmacy many times to see if in fact it was ready. The problem is nobody answers the phone in that pharmacy. The following day I drove across town, waited in line in the pharmacy and was ultimately told they didn't have the prescription in stock and they would have to order it. What a waste of my time. This pharmacy has had this problem for over a year. They aren't even trying to fix it. They have finally convinced me I need to change pharmacies.

Convenient and clean. No baskets here. Maybe not even carts? Pharmacy and services like photos on the side. Very quiet inside and offers what you'd expect from a health store. Also groceries and home use items for extremely small urgent pickups

The employees here do not print out faxed over prescriptions at all. They do not care how long you have to wait for your faxed prescriptions, they do not want to print it or fill them. They had the one I went to pick up, from YESTERDAY they had not even printed yet. When I was disappointed after 45 minutes of waiting for antibiotics for my elderly mother they pharmacist YELLED AT ME "BE POLITE". Excuse me? I'm disappointed my mother is severely sick and you haven't gotten off your ass to print a piece of paper and put some pills in a bottle. I will NEVER recommend this location. These employees are awful. Do not waste your time here. Go to Walmart pharmacy.

Use to be a great pharmacy kind of went downhill. Twice now I submitted a refill for important meds and days later nothing I go in to be told oh we haven't heard back from dr. Ummm there's refills still. Then I call dr and they have nothing from pharmacy so then I go back to say there's refills and all of a sudden they tell me oh the dr must have just called it in. When she even told me there was refills. They always blame the dr or everyone else. Well I'm switching to a pharmacy that will actually pick up a phone when you call!! It took 45 minutes after my appointment to get a flu shot. Never again! The line for the pharmacy also is 20 people long and one cashier.

Don't come here. This is the worst pharmacy in all of Central Oregon. I have had it up to here with this pharmacy and the fact that they are not serving the needs of the patients of Central Oregon. I am a local physician in the area and I have heard countless horror stories about patients not getting their important medication's in a timely manner. Specifically, I had advised many patients to stop coming here because I know that their customer service is abysmal and their pharmacist don't care about the community. I had a simple issue that could've been resolved today on a Sunday, but the pharmacist did not want to take time away to help me with this issue. This is the third trip I've made to this Rite Aid for the same issue. As stated above, this is the worst Rite Aid in the country. I wish there was a way to give zero stars because specifically the pharmacist did not want to help me. I know that part of it is not the staffs fault but the same person who Has helped me in the past and the front is the rudest person and has the worst customer service attitude and all the central Oregon. She goes out of her way to Make the whole situation unbearable. Whoever the general manager is at the store does not know how to run a Rite Aid and Rite Aid should not be involved with patient care in my opinion.

THE WORST PHARMACY. Trying to get a prescription at this pharmacy? Good luck! Many reviews here have touched on the incompetence of the pharmacy staff. It's an incredibly difficult process to try and get anything from this place. Tried to get a prescription transferred a month ago and showed up to pick it up a month later with no record of the transfer even though I stood face to face with a woman and gave her all the information. Tried to call the store after giving them the information a second time. Waited on hold for over an hour. OVER AN HOUR on hold and still no one answered. Called to speak with store staff they told me nothing they could do but transfer me back on hold. It's not like medication is an important service area so I understand why they treat their customers like a nuisance.

If I could give less than one star I would. I had prescriptions sent in through my doctor. Went in the following day to pick them up and they weren't ready. They said give us an hour. Still weren't ready. Went back 6 different times and still not ready. Without question the most incompetent pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They have lost my business forever.

I usually go to Rite Aid in Canyon Crest/Riverside CA. The staff are excellent. But I was so disappointed yesterday. I have been a member of their rewards program for years and it is the best program of any store - or it WAS. Yesterday when I was there they gave me a 2% discount. Really? They said they are switching to a points program. Well I will be switching to CVS. For years I have driven just a bit further to shop at Riteaid but now it is now longer worth it. I understand times are tough and we are experiencing inflation. But I would think when times are tough you would want to take care of your best customers. Opal

I have always had bad service here, for the past 7 years and its only getting worse. Why did I stay loyal so long? This will be the last time I use Riteaid North, It used to be I had to wait and hour or more, And then 2 or more and it still wasn't ready . Its never , ever ready when they say it will be. Now I order in early morning and it says it will be ready at 420pm. I arrive at 520 pm and they have not even started . The person at the counter seems like a zombie, numb and zoned out, she half heartedly says they are swamped, looking away from me, she asked me to wait until they call me.. I feel bad for her that she has to work here. As I'm sitting here waiting for my prescription, because you have to just sit and wait and stare at them or nothing happens, it still takes an extra hour, While I wait, I hear a man at the counter saying ""do you ever answer your phone? I've called you three times in three days with no answer or return call? She numbly says she doesn't know.... He shakes his head snd walks off. Oh, they just called me it' is ready, and zI have to get back in line of people 8 deep. I cancelled the dinner date I had at 5 , I wont make it in time. Do not ever use this unprofessional pharmacy!

Made an appointment for my daughter and I to get a flu shot three weeks ago to occur this past Sunday. Received multiple appointment reminders via text and and e-mail. Showed up for our appointment to find the Pharmacy CLOSED!!! The cashier told us that the pharmacist had decided to take a day off, so therefore our appointment was cancelled. Plus, the cashier couldn't understand why so many people were so angry at her (really?). We were told that we could show up Monday and that the pharmacist might be able to squeeze us in. No thanks--will be going to another place that has a better reputation. Should have done this in the first place.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would. Rite Aid should be avoided at all costs. The generic drugs they sell are unreliable and the employees are incompetent. Bend clearly deserves better.

This morning my husband and I made our second scheduled (online) trip to the store to get a COVID Booster shots, after being told on 9/12 (by a human) to come back on 9/20 or later because we didn't qualify for the booster on that date. Again, we were told we didn't qualify. When asked why we were not notified by them or the organization that we couldn't receive the booster, the pharmacy staff said they "had no time" to text, call or email this information. However, the entire pharmacy staff at least 15 minutes to explain why they were helpless to intervene in any way. Never seen such complete incompetence, and I will NEVER shop at a Rite Aid again in my lifetime.

I would give a negative 10 if there was an option! Went to pick up my prescriptions tonight after I called and spoke with the pharmacy last night. I let them know I work long hours and apologized for not picking up my prescriptions yet but I let them know I would be there definitely tomorrow (tonight) to pick up my meds at the end of the evening. When I tried to pick them up tonight Joyce told me they had been sent back. I said that I called last night and explained my hours
