Because my experience was not good I think I have to write a review so the business can learn. What made us upset was the lack of accountability. 1. Poor communication from the get go (several phone calls) 2. Insisted on a fax from my NY pharmacy when they were in the other end of the line and could have done it by phone; it was never made clear that fax was required, felt like a preference. Please make it clear if that's necessary. 3. They don't take GoodRX! and I wasn't offered any other cost reduction 4. Unwillingness to help at the counter; someone sitting on the ground, maybe 4 or 5 employees and we had to wait? 5. After finally getting the refill ordered, my dad and I sat in the lobby for 10 minutes before another employee approached and asked whether we were customers (yes) 6. Another 15 - 20m passed before I went back to the counter asking for an update. There was so much time to let us know we didn't need to wait. 7. It all made me feel b a d. We were treated like dummies, but never have I had such a confusing experience like this in any other pharmacy. And I'm from NYC, so that's saying something.

First time filling my RX here,they were very friendly and prompt,less than 1 hour, unlike Walgreens were it can take days!

I placed a prescription yesterday morning and this afternoon (the following day) having not received notice that it was ready. I decided to call and see if there was a problem and could I help them in any way to get this filled. I called 3 times to speak to someone on their team regarding an important prescription. No answer. Next I called the extension for a medical office, thinking of course they would respond to a doctor's office. I tried two times no response. I have supported their business since they first opened. I have given them a great number of free passes for many bad customer service experiences. And now when I need them the most, I can't get through. Seems a shame that I have to go there and speak to someone in person. Grrrrrrr

Support your local pharmacy before going to Safeway. They likely have what you need. If not they can order. They unfortunately didn't have a generic saline nasal rinse I believe they had last year so I had to purchase that across the street. They had others but not the standard non habit forming nasal rinse I like to have

What a great local pharmacy. Always pleasant and have great customer service. Employees seem like they are happy and are treated well. If they have the time, they will go “above and beyond” on getting your what you need. Thank you guys!

We had been going to another pharmacy in town since we moved here in 2015. When the hours and service became so poor we switched to Westside. Oh my! What a difference. I wish I'd started with them back then. The best service ever! Competent and great-natured staff and pharmacists. Without a doubt the absolute best place in town for your pharmacy needs!

Super rude staff. consistently dealt with the rude staff. everytime I go in, I mentally prepare myself and hope for the best. this last time I was confused and they had 3 employees all yell at me because they are inconsistent and I was confused. if you ask them a question about price, they will attack. beware.

The Westside staff are always kind and helpful, even amidst the craziness of the past Covid years. Helping rush an emergency prescription for a grandchild with RSV, or before a flight out of town. We love supporting a small local business.

Feb 23 2023. Still militant about customers wearing the rediculous, ineffective mask. Made me leave the store and use the drive thru. There are 11 pharmacy opportunities within a 4 mile radius of downtown.Not going back.

This is the most inept pharmacy in the Bend area. They have shorted me meds; overcharged me; had me "come back in 45" repeatedly and then had no idea what I was talking about and been rude on countless occasions. Plus, they employ myriad poorly trained, unprofessional people.They are avoidant rather than just saying, "Hey! We are sorry and just can't fill it." They are horrible to their customers and my sincere hope is that they go out of business ASAP. Bendites deserve a lot better.Additionally - and arguably most egregiously - they charged my insurance for 90 days of pills and hand wrote on my bottle a "we owe you." Then when my meds were almost out, and I contacted them for the remainder, they had no idea what I was talking about...but they'd billed my insurance rendering me unable to obtain the meds I need daily. Talk about having to jump through hoops to sort that out!!! I went two days with no meds thanks to their dishonesty.***The Austrian (I think) woman is one of the worst people I have dealt with in my 15 years in Bend. She needs to adjust her attitude!

Only pharmacy in town(that I know of) that is not completely overwhelmed and breaking to pieces. Staff are kind and honest about when scripts will be ready.

You're in, you're out, and you're on your way! Literally the only pharmacy in town that consistently picks up the phone. Prescription is ALWAYS ready on time too. Can't say enough good things.

My PA ordered a med that was $1500 for me. The folks here found a $10 alternative that worked just fine. Called the PA and had it changed. Thank you. Have been here for years and they are fantastic.
