I had a really great shopping experience at WFM in Bend, Oregon today. I was able to easily locate all of the items on my list in the beautifully merchandised store. Plus, to top it off I had Ed process my purchase. What a gem he is! A really delightful human!

I have never been to a place where customer service is so awesome. Natural food selection is great. The produce section is one of the best I've seen. The store is clean and the bathrooms also kept up :-)

This whole foods is serviceable. It feels half baked when looking at my other whole foods experiences. Staff is great and they have most things, but it's definitely not their flag ship store

Stocking issues. Saw a lot of empty spaces in produce and take-aways. Salad bar had questionable items as far as how long they’ve been recycling the veggies and eggs. Dressings empty. Only had 4 items for hot bar.As a WA state resident, I’ve been to Whole Foods from Seattle all the way down to San Diego. This one was one of the worst in comparison. Probably the only one worse than this one was in Santa Barbara. Still giving 3 stars since the rest of the store seemed good and it seems as if they’re having hiring issues. If not, someone needs to get on it. People come to WF and expecting a certain level of service. When that’s not there, it’s noticed.

IWhole Foods is price gauging to a degree that would even make Whole Foods blush.Knusdsens Cranberry juice at Whole Foods: $13The exact same juice at Safeway: $8Also this store struggles with keeping basic items stocked. Why? It is so frustrating. Between that and the prices, I really do need to reevaluate why I shop here.

3 stars because the store is clean, they have healthy options and the staff is friendly. However I've lived in places they've delivered which makes it premium, so 2 stars deducted since that's not an option! Why doesn't this store do Whole Foods delivery? I live less than 10 minutes away. It would bring in so much more money. And no I don't want to do instascam or pickup. Please get delivery!!

This place is pitiful. It could be nice, but they don’t even have a place to sit down and eat. It feels like you’re walking into a factory or somethin. It Won’t be around much longer unless they Update it. Disappointing.

We travel full time and shop at Whole Foods if we're near one. We've shopped in these stores from Maine to California. When we visited Bend, Oregon, we stopped at Whole Foods. It has to be the worst one we've been in. Does anyone stock this store? For example, hardly any baked goods. Just empty shelves. Whole Foods is famous for vegan muffins and cookies. There were none. Hardly any prepared foods and some of the produce did not look fresh. Wow, what a disappointment.

This has got to be the worst Whole Foods I've ever been to. Every time I go here I end up leaving empty handed. There's not a lot of product on the shelves and very little variety in what they do have. The hot bar is always empty. The salad bar is never fully stocked. Shelves are always empty. Baked goods...I've never seen much in the grab and go section. What's going on?

Very clean, great produce and stocking of supplies. Can find most of everything I need to create organic, gluten-free, wholesome meals. Every employee I run into is respectful. Pricing could be better.

This store continues to be a disappointment, they never have anything in stock. After COVID I understood the excuses, but other stores (Safeway, Market of Choice, WFM in Portland, etc) have come back. I assume it's that they underpay their employees which given their food cost is really unacceptable. If you shop here plan to visit at least one other store to supplement what WFM doesn't have.
