They replaced my laptop keyboard and it was both faster and cheaper than I anticipated. Very friendly staff and got me in right away. This will be my new go-to place for computer repairs.

I had a broken screen so i took it here to get a replacement. i decided on going here after seeing the good reviews and also having a friend recommend them to me. it took them 30 minutes to repair the screen so i was excited to get my phone back. however, after getting it back my phone wouldn't stop overheating and was rapidly dying. i took it back and they refunded me and put my old screen on but said there was nothing they could do to help me besides that. my phone is now non-functional and wont turn on at all. i went from having a working phone with a broken screen to an inoperable phone within 30 minutes. Wouldn't recommend.

I had an excellent experience at Willstech. They had great customer service and quick turnaround time. They correctly diagnosed the issue and the repair cost was quite reasonable. I will choose Willstech again in the future.

My computer stopped turning on after plugging in an external cd drive. I took it to another repair shop in the area, and that person said I probably fried it and he wouldn't be able to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion here, and they were able to fix it within half a day. I definitely would recommend their services.

My Xbox had a broken charging hdmi port… Dropped it off same day and to my surprise it was completed 3.5 hrs later! Super nice guy who helped me out. Decent pricing! Will definitely be coming here again!

They were supposed to just replace the screen on your phone it worked for like a day and then completely froze the phone lost everything on it would definitely not recommend our ever go back

I had a great experience with this shop. Dropped off a laptop that wasn't charging. The committee was fine. The charger was bad. He had it diagnosed same day and had a suitable replacement charger for a reasonable price. Super fast and affordable repair shop. I appreciate their honesty and fast turn around.

Love these folks. Friendly guys, competent repairs, realistic advice, and they don't try to upsell you anything. I've gotten tons of electronics (mostly laptops) looked at here, and gotten a fair price and quick fix every time, even when they had to send away for parts. Never going anywhere else in town.

This place is fantastic for computer repair and sales. I have been using them since 2010 and have bought all my computers over the years from them. The prices are very fair. All repairs came in sooner than expected.
