Service was amazing, especially for Worldmark! Not pushy and everyone was genuinely nice. They were also extremely accommodating. So many amenities and nice staff, will definitely stay again!

Decent resort, but most of the property is aging and not updated.

This is a timeshare, not a hotel. No elevators so be prepared to carry stuff upstairs.

The buildings are 40+ years old and while they are updated and maintained. It's ready for a major renovation. The floors squeak with every step. The mini kitchen is lacking. The bed is too big for the room leaving me about 8 inches to walk and get into bed. No elevators and we were on the 3rd floor. Setting is beautiful though

Small refrigerator which has challenges such as freezing other foods and not having enough space. No oven, just a two burner stove top which we managed. No washer and dryer but they had a little room that they used for the whole building with one washer and one dryer which we had to share and sometimes weight because other people were using too. A lot of the facilities were not open. That being said the trails and the location still made our experience well worth it. Definitely not the same WorldMark experience that we have experienced other properties, but that's not a bad thing. Bend area is a unique, wonderful place and I'm glad that we had the opportunity to stay where we did. There are just a few things that are clunky that are probably a little bit below what you would expect from Wyndham/ WorldMark as far as standards.

Had an event there for about 40 people. The catered tri-tip with all the sides were perfectly cooked medium.

I was so impressed by Jamie and her mangers Patrick and Jason they were so helpful and honest, I was not planning to upgrade and get more timeshares points, but the vibe of these 3 special persons convenes me I really do recommend Jamie if you are looking to upgrade.

A very nice, clean resort with many possible activities for all ages, including two beautiful heated pools, a sauna, and hot tubs. Also miniature golf and Frisbee golf, nature trails, and a public golf course just a half mile away. We enjoyed our stay here, where there are many good restaurant options
within 5 miles. We would definitely recommend this resort also for it's friendly, welcoming, and very helpful staff.

The bar and café were permanently and staff didn't convey this to the guests.

Wish rooms that don't have an oven would at least have a toaster oven.

Restaurant and bar were closed while we were there. Wasn't impressed with the way they communicated these 2 closings.

My cousin and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend through an Air BNB and we will come back! Word of caution, if you are staying through Air BNB, you have to have permission from your host to entee the room 30 minutes early. They will give each person a band that works on your door lock and entrance to the pool. Wonderful location and a grocery store is only a few minutes away. Do you know what is right outside your patio door? Access to a beautiful trail! We didn’t use the pool as it was often crowded with kids. The staff at the front desk are quite friendly! We did go to the bar one evening and had quite a bit of fun talking to a mother and daughter on a trip. There is so much to do on premises that you wouldn’t have to leave. We’ll be back!
