“My sister, 2 friends and I rented the Shady Rest cabin for a girls' weekend retreat and found it very comfortable and cozy. It has a king bed downstairs and a loft with a queen and a twin bed. There were two full bathrooms one upstairs and one downstairs. It comes with a small full kitchen with a fridge, stove/oven and a sink to wash dishes. There's a TV, a wood fireplace, books to read and the view of the river is spectacular. The deck has cushioned bench seating, a table with chairs and umbrella and a propane grill and a Traeger for outdoor cooking. I'm the evening solar lights hanging from the deck fence comes on and gives of some romantic lighting for the night. It was very peaceful and quiet even with others nearby. I'm planning a getaway with my husband for a birthday getaway.”
