Beautiful location ?, right on the McKenzie River. Amazing Cottages, each with it's own personal characteristics. Very clean, competitive prices, great service. Highly recommend.

We love it here! The cottages are all different and unique. Jean is wonderful to work with and makes sure you can relax and enjoy yourself. I could sit on the porch and read all day listening to the river and wildlife. Beautiful nature drive and heartbreaking reminder of what damage wildfires can do. Will be back...again and again.

Beautiful little community of privately owned cabins managed by a friendly team, Jean was great during my impromptu reservation for a work trip and multiple phone calls. Right on the McKenzie River, endless views, fruit trees and berries growing on site, convenience store and Takoda's restaurant very close by, along with trailheads and plenty of outdoor recreation. The room was actually nicer than I thought it'd be being a an older cabin, relatively updated, clean, and comfortable. The location with a large deck overlooking the passing river was peaceful and pleasant as all of my trips to the McKenzie have been.Stayed in Old Man River cabin, single large room with bed, seating area, kitchenette with all essentials, TV, etc. This cabin is right next to the boat ramp, thus had some loading/unloading of rafters traversing the river. Still private, but frequented more than other areas most likely.Will definitely return again someday soon, & check out another cabin!~S

The cabin we rented was perfect for the 2 of us. The deck for river watching was fantastic. Had all the amenities that we needed. We did not require any service except 1 phone call prior to arrival and was a perfect conversation and very helpful. We hiked to waterfalls, checked out campgrounds, ate at local restaurants. We will be back!

This place is the best! Located steps away from the beautiful McKenzie river, our cottage was sparkling clean, extremely well appointed, and very well cared for. This property strikes a perfect balance of feeling very rustic, yet also having every single thing you could possibly want or need. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful place! Such nice people and such nice establishments. So relaxing, falling asleep to the sound of a river and waking up to one, having coffee on the deck:) such great people who helped us too.Nearby activities: Woods!!Safety: Felt safe!Food & drinks: The restaurant in town was how we found it

FANTASTIC CABINS! The setting is so lovely. Most of the cabins are literally right on the river! And ours felt very clean. We were absolutely thrilled that we chose to stay here instead of some mediocre hotel with little character or charm. Already looking at the calendar to see when we can go again :) Special thanks to Jeanne and Connor for your gracious hospitality. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We had a magical week of running rivers and crackling fires. The staff was helpful without being intrusive. The cabin was clean and well stocked. We can't wait to go back.
