Once I heard the news I gasped!
This place forced a journeyman lineman against his own free will and stole his hard earned money. While he's out battling storms, trouble calls, time away from his wife and children, just to keep the lights on.
Today 12/31/24 he finally went home to suprise his wife and children after years of being away. He wanted to make up for lost time, by making cherished memories and a new start into the new years.
As he arrived home he arrived to an empty house, and a letter. His wife took the kids and left him.
While his life is falling apart, and the beginning of a new year is ruined, he called this establishment to recoup the money he had booked, for them to tell him "NO"...
After he explained the situation, the owner shared no empathy, no soul, just hatred and greed.
The financial burden of his booked stay not being able to be refunded for such a terrible time in his life is pitiful.
I pray no one goes through this pain, and that no one is ever declined a refund from this soulless owner.

Awesome stay, they were very nice. And the location is perfect for me. Everything is right by them and is just off the hwy. Loved the rooms very nice and comfy. Thanks
Nearby activities: Theirs gas station, restaurant, and a bar right their and a park close by to.
Walkability: Very easy

Great place and Christina the manager is great. Highly recommend this hotel. Don't let the outside fool you, it's a gem!!!

If your in Boardman I highly recommend staying here! I was able to book a room at the last minute and got a great price for the King Suite. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful. The motel was better than alot of hotels I have stayed in. The room was spacious. Cutiest hideabed couch. The bed was super comfortable and it was very clean. I highly recommend.!

From the outside you question yourself if you should stay here but when you walk in, the rooms are clean, nicely put together, and comforting. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to assist you and make your stay comfortable. Not to mention the price is amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone. After staying here the outside never bothered me at all. Recommend this place

This place is conveniently located right off the freeway. Needs a tad of updating but, the bed was super comfy, the shower was hot, the room was clean, and Christina the on site manager is an absolute GEM!! The hospitality here is unmatched!! Dropping a pin on Maps to save as a place I will stay again... (I travel for work and I'm always on the road!)

Staff was awesome and friendly and even stayed up to let me check in late after 11pm when I was running behind.
The King suite is gorgeous and I love the little nook for the bed with it's own curtains and the mountain of pillows. I slept like a baby. The room and bathroom were spotless and in great shape. The shower pressure was really strong and the water got burning hot. Wifi had a good signal, and they even had a backup network just in case the main went down. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe the entire time.
This place felt like an absolute gem, you can tell the staff really care.
10/10 would crash again

By far the best hotel in baordman and surrounding areas they're clean.They have a great staff, comfortable beds.It's at A great locations to Access any part of the town?Great prices.And they will treat you well

This is a great place to stay. The rooms are clean. Water pressure was good. Nice bath towels.But the best thing about this motel we're the owners. Really good people. They went above and beyond for us. Would I stay here again? Absolutely.
