Stopped in to use the restrooms and get something to drink. Staff was very nice. They have the store well stocked and plenty of food choices. There is a Carl's Jr attached. It was easy to get off the highway and back on. This is a great stop while traveling and will be one of our regular stops when traveling h heigh the area.

They got flies that crawl up and down your behind in the bathrooms, flies in the restaurant while you eat. If that’s your thing this is the spot.

Its clean and not crowded. The bathrooms are clean and look well kept.
There are many options of drinks, snacks, foods, and miscellaneous items that are needed, as well as fun stuff that isnt.
There are cordoned off areas for dogs which Ive seen is used and cleaned up. Very popular.

Under staffed . Place is messy looking. Hardee’s was out of several items. Next morning coffee area was a disaster . No liquid creamer. Coffee on demand was empty . Cups were not available. Lady filled hot food and walked away saying something to the cashier instead of addressing the problems. Bathrooms still had the same trashy debris from the night before .

The bathrooms were decent. That’s it. The store is dirty. The dog park was full of dog poop and it’s wet in puddles and the whole grass area around it was filled with dog poop. I do not recommend this place unless you just have to use the bathroom.

Good parking and nice store in a good location. Only bad thing is Verizon service is absolutely horrible here, nothing Love's can do about that and not their fault.

Edited 9/29/25. Air pump supply very low to the extend that lost air pressure in my tire.
Decent gas prices for the area but you will have to pump it yourself. Has a lot of the things the traveler needs. I Usually get gas at Space Age Fuel by Hermiston as the lowest prices in area and the attendant handles the fuel.

SO. MANY. FLIES. This place seriously has a fly problem throughout the entire store from the restrooms to the coffee/soda station and even all over the Carl’s Jr…. I’d highly recommend fly paper everywhere to curb the infestation. A serious health hazard.

This is one of my favorite stops on the trip between Portland, Oregon and Boise, Idaho. While it is quite busy, it is always clean and service is quick. They carry just about anything you might need on a roadtrip or may have forgotten to pack (except maybe underwear, which I did, but only once!). Gas prices are also pretty reasonable, and if you have the Love's app on your phone, you save 10 cents per gallon every time!

Stop at the place to refuel and air up my tire for a long road trip back to Utah. The air pump has a broken hose and is not able to air up the tire. Tried twice and had no choice to came up with other solutions. I asked politely that I would like my refund for airpump usage since I can’t get air in and was told that they don’t have a manager to assist with the refund and I have to call in the morning. Called in the morning and was told they can’t refund it and I can drive back to oregon to ask for the refund or find a loves travel shop. Neither option is feasible as it obviously won’t make sense to drive 12 hours for that nor find another loves travel shop which is more than 100 miles away. I told the person over the phone none of them is feasible and I will leave an honest review and I got a hung up . I can surely afford the charge on the air pump usage but I can’t not tolerate such ridiculous response.

WoW there was no staff in there today a driver needed a cat scale I told only person in there working he completely ignored me.. there was a female working somewhere she was not present but able to speak on the walkie talkie no creamer for coffee the place was a mess and the parking lot smelled like kitty litter the worst lives I had ever visited... they got a 2 star cause the coffee was made fresh recently the mens bathroom wow never seen a loves men's bathroom that bad I had to go to a different stall to find toilet paper my bad for not noticing before I began my bowel movements. Get it together managment
