Got here at 210pm my appointment not until 5pm, didn't get a door until 610pm. And this is the only place I've been to in years where they charge you if you ate over weight and they have to move pallets. And you have to tell them how much you carrying and tell them how to load it. How I'm going to tell you when I don't know the weight of each pallet?? But, it's another place to find away to get money and not be responsible for their shit. And there is Overnight Parking on the gravel lot

Check-in and out at kiosk. Wait for a text with a door number. They’re usually pretty fast during the daytime, but I waited 6 hours to start unloading before at night. Sitting in front of the dock waiting for them to let me back in and start loading. Average experience. Sassy receptionist, if you don’t catch all she is saying on the crackling phone. Warehouse guys are all really nice!

Check in in 2nd right trailer office, all check in through kiosk if anything wrong call the number they mentioned there

Arrived very tired after driving all night. Office personal get upset if you ask for help checking in. However loader was friendly. All 3 stars for the loader.

Limited overnight parking, no restrooms only porta potty. This shipper you check in on a kiosk with all your information then you wait for a phone call or a text to be loaded. Make sure reefer trailer is clean with load locks in the back doors closed and when ready at the door you will be checked before loading. Also make sure reefer is pre-cooked to zero
