Alondra at the front desk is the best! Kind and friendly and super helpful--she went out of her way to help check my block of rooms in early and made sure we were all taken care of. She rules, makes staying here worth it!

Update for next morning. My showere turned cold after just 5 minutes. Barely got the conditioner rinsed out of my hair before pure cold water. lived in Boardman when this hotel was built. Now, I'm in Central Oregon and traveling back here for work. The hotel is very nice for Boardman. Room was small but well appointed, clean, and comfortable. About the only thing I could complain about is the hot water in the shower isn't really Hot! It's warm hot. I like a super hot shower in the winter. Maybe consider turning up the heater thermostat a little bit for true hot water. But overall good stay.
Rooms: Clean and a lot of lights.

Id give them a negative star review if I could but that is not available. They denied me a one night stay, I had been driving for hours on end and got there at 10:00 pm and they denied me because I am 19 and their policy is “21” or older. But on their website it clearly says 18 or older. I would not recommend ever staying here. I would definitely recommend staying down the road 18 miles at the comfort inn on highway 207 in Hermiston.

Only leaving one star because that’s the lowest it would let me go. I have stayed at this hotel several times. My adult children booked a hotel and were denied checking in and their reservation cancelled at almost 11pm after a day of traveling due to conflicting age restrictions listed on the website! I am an avid traveler and will now bypass this hotel to stay with others. Their official choice website says 18+ to stay but they decide to make their own rules of 21. Disappointed is an understatement.

Terrible place to stay. Website says 18 or older to stay, booked hotel with my 19 year old son and they denied his reservation and cancelled his room at 10:00 at night! They said their policy is 21 but their website says 18 or older. If we knew about their secretive 21 or older rule we would have booked a different place to stay so he didn’t have to find another hotel! Manager would not honor their website policy!

Smells like someone is smoking a cigarette inside the vents and is blowing it straight into my room. It’s all I can smell and it sucks, for $150 a night this is crap

For being a place I have never heard of and had no other choice, being as late as it was on our long trip, this place was not bad. Prices could have been a tad lower, but not enough to affect the review. Overall, I would go again.

Best accessible room I've seen. No tub to climb over, a fold up bench, plenty of bars to hang on to, good shower head with a button to turn off the water. Only problem... mom is short, bed is high! Would be nice to have a stool available.

Descent place, nice enough rooms, has a pool indoors, very cold by my standards, but it is there. No hot tub. Small store for quick food. Almost no food delivery options, so stock the fridge or be prepared to journey out. Breakfast is pretty good for a hotel.

They lied about being pet friendly and turned us and our cat away last minute at the door at 2am after booking online. We are still trying to claw our money back as they don't want to refund us and hung up on us as we tried to get it sorted last night.

BATE & SWITCH tactics. Nice new hotel but their Sleep in website offered a 14% discount off their standard rate which the hotel would not honor. It was the published price for the room and the front desk should have honored. It was a $21 difference. The point is it draws you in and then they say they don't know why it says that but it's a mistake and not their rate. Unacceptable service and standards for a hotel.
