Takes a week just to get my chart notes in so I can get my pre authorization of VERY important medication and makes me sit for DAYS off my meds because they don't care what kind of pain in puts you in. And this is NOT for pain management, this is for a rare bladder disease that takes special meds for it and they won't do anything to help but drag their dang feet as much as possible till i call in crying for help then they say oh we will start on it now, but then it takes insurance another 3 days to process then needs to be filled at pharmacy. AND they refuse to give any help during this. This is UNHEALTHY for people to do, you are not suppose to stop medication like this and specially not abruptly. They don't care.

If I could give zero stars, I would. After waiting in the clinic for 3.5 hours, Michael Sheets listened to us for 5 whole minutes before refusing to give us a referral to a specialist we needed to see. He's arrogant, patronizing, and laughable as a medical professional. Please, everyone, go elsewhere for medical care. This guy is terrible and they need to revoke his nursing license.

Sheets is terrible! Years ago I had my own issues with his dismissive attitude and ego. Most recently, he has dismissed my mother's complaints about her sinuses. She has asked to be referred to an ENT multiple times and Sheets says their aren't enough and they're too busy. She ended up in the emergency room and after a CT, they found that she needs an ENT ASAP. They prescribed her pain ends and said she would need to see her primary for a refill. Sheets treated her like an addict looking for a fix. He was rude and dismissive. Sheets NEEDS to retire or have his licensed revoked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had just moved to Sprague River during Covid. There was a time that I thought that I possibly might have contracted it. I found Bonanza Clinic. There was hardly any waiting, but I got the feeling that I was an outsider. I was really glad to have him closer that Klamath falls and I will go there again. The test came back negative

We'll have to do this somewhat publically.My disabilities extend beyond .my hearing.Finances are not the least of that extension.Driving has become extremely painful as I am unable to shift to a more comfortable position when the sciatic nerve decided to visit it's furies on my hip leg and back.I have gone with out food rather than drive to town for groceries.I choose not to expend the time pain or gasoline to make an hour and a half drive to do a face to face review of my recent test results.I have recognized the typical aggravation of a heart attack sufferer when having to deal with my hearing loss.I am sorry for your debilitating condition but wish you could grasp ho debilitated I am presently.Send my test results by mail and I'll not further trouble you.

I have read some of the comments that are negative. I really can't understand them as I receive excellent care. I really appreciate having Michael Sheets for my primary care. I feel he listens to what I say. He works to see my issues are taken care of.So many doctors in Klamath Falls have their mind made up before you finish a sentence.I am happy where I am.

Michael Sheets has helped me considerably, from the time I had colon cancer to my Ileostomy. He and his staff have been great supporters of my wife and me. Also, during as a science teacher, he supported my Anatomy class with medical instruments and his wife Carolyn, school nurse, took the time to instruct my students how to properly use the equipment.

I was treated like a drug addict cause i was prescribed pain meds years ago and none since. I have degenerative ankylosing spondylosis in my spine which all doctors are given a quota and still allowed to treat severe pain for this severe disease but he denied it until he sees the results of a blood test proving i have it.
News flash there is no blood test for it, only an mri can definitely show spondylosis. Now spondylitis can show for inflammation but spondylosis is degenerate not inflammatory. So mri is the only way. I have 2 mri that clearly shows i have it but his personal oppinion is in the way of his professional oppinion on this with his rash decision. Hes a quack. And i will be reporting him. Its malpractice and derogatory to medical ethics and the hypacratic oath he took when given his license. This is patient stereotyping and discrimibatory and yes illegal
