Drain-Pro was great helping me out. I had a backed-up sewer main line in Government Camp. I called them at 8:30am on a Saturday, and the truck was on site by 11:30am. Line was cleared, scoped and ready for action by 12:30pm. Corey was polite and professional. Thank you!

Leroy helped us with a major septic mishap. His diligence with the county, inspectors and septic tank manufacturer prevented us from a complete Septic tank replacement is it OK? They were always prompt and polite. They communicated often so we were aware of all the project details. Leroy‘s team demonstrated the same kind of service. We would highly recommend Drain pro for any and all septic services. The prices are reasonable and are not padded with extra expenses, such as fuel surcharge, callout fee and mileage. We have used other services in the past and found drain pro to be honest and upfront regarding all charges Services and guarantees.

Called to get them out to empty my septic. They replied immediately and the truck was at my house within 2 hours. Daryl did an awesome job getting the truck into my driveway despite a weird offset angle off a flag lot. He immediately determined what type of tank I had just by looking at the lid. Got right to work, cleaned up after the job and gave me some advice on how to make my septic last many more years. A prompt, hardworking, friendly guy who definitely knows what he’s doing. We’ll definitely be using DrainPro from here on out for any septic work we have. Would absolutely recommend these guys in a heartbeat.

Jackson, Leroy, and their crew did a fantastic job opening up and repairing a buried culvert in the Tickle Creek Watershed that connects our property with the neighbor’s under the gravel portion of the road.When Drain Pro unburied the culvert, they discovered it was a rusty, mangled mess! The original plans to open up and extend the culvert had to be given up on and a new plan had to created.Drain Pro suggested that a “sleeve,” a smaller diameter culvert, be inserted into the existing damaged culvert in order to prevent tearing up the road to remove it. The property owner decided on this plan. (It is the property owner’s legal responsibility to maintain any culverts that are on their property.) Our end of the culvert was clean, exposed and clear to about halfway under the road where the blockage began.Drain Pro had EXCELLENT communications with us about when they would arrive, the scope of work to be done, when they needed permission to access our property, when the county would be on-site to inspect their progress, etc.They kept their equipment off the road so as not to block traffic.They cleaned up after each shift and marked the area with caution tape and signs.The crew was professional, friendly and “on-task” the entire time!!I would highly recommend DRAIN PRO to anyone looking to hire the best!!!Pure satisfaction here!!Service: Drain cleaning

My wife and I live out in the country a bit and called Drain-Pro to pump our septic tank and address a clog that our home was having.They came out at the time they were scheduled and proceeded to dig down to where the lid of our tank was. (we had never had our septic tank pumped before and weren't exactly sure where the lid was.) They found our lid on the first try and pumped our tank.It was discovered that we had the wrong lid on our tank and roots had grown under the lid and caused the clog. After discussing what the proper fix for this problem was we scheduled Drain-Pro to come back out and do the work.They arrived at the scheduled time and fixed the problem by putting a riser over the tank opening and fitting the proper lid in place. They then filled in the area with the removed soil.Our experience with Drain-Pro was Great and we are very happy with the results. My wife and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to any of our neighbors or family.Thanks Drain-Pro. You guys are the BEST!Dan C in Oregon City

I have used Drain-Pro numerous times over the last 4 years for vac-excavation needs and have been completely satisfied with the entire process. Not only are they very responsive, they perform their work safely, quickly, and accurately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing vac-ex services, whether it be exposing pipes, cleaning out around tree roots, or media removal from pipes, ponds, or vaults.
