Fantastic service. Timely, thorough, and a wonderful price. Reminds me of our WW 2 Army Air Corp mechanic growing up. They listened to my request and far exceeded. The car is on its way to Louisiana with family and I have ZERO concerns with the mechanics of vehicle. I have peace of mind. I will have more vehicles for them.

This isn’t the first time I’ve used them but unfortunately probably the last. Their hours and location don’t work well for me, not their issue! The guys in shop seem super nice and friendly! However woman in office made me feel like I should not be there, I thought maybe the first time was a bad day, but apparently she has no welcoming customer service qualities. An honest repair shop that you can trust with both your automobile and your wallet. Ive been burned by repair shops in the past which left me feeling very suspicious and unable to trust mechanics at all. After 15+ years with Kosrow that's no longer the case, I just dropped an SUV off that I purchased at auction yesterday and said call me when it's ready. Its a huge relief knowing my vehicle is with someone I trust will do a good and thorough job, only fix what's needed, buy the right replacement parts as needed and wont over charge, or look for ways to run up the bill on me.
