Service isn't the best. A real take it or leave blunt attitude. A friend did get a solid deal on an ATV there a while ago.

I want to give shout out to James from Service ! Best guy in the area for service your grid ! Helped me a lot with my insurance claim and also was really responsive and friendly!
I would definitely recommend anyone to them and would definitely buy my next grid from them !

Mt. Hood Polaris provided an outstanding service experience! Robin, the owner, runs an incredible operation with a real focus on customer satisfaction. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. James in the service department was fantastic—knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly fast in getting my machine back in top shape. I was amazed at how quickly they turned it around without compromising on quality. If you need top-notch service and a team that truly cares, Mt. Hood Polaris is the place to go!

Mount Hood Polaris is awesome! We came into to look at Sportsman ATV’s and received fantastic customer service. We called back the next day, and told them we were ready to buy. The staff pulled out our ATV’s, and had them ready to go. In less than 45 minutes we were out the door. Robin made everything painless! The overall experience was excellent. We will definitely buy from them in the future.

The best around! We use our ATVs for work so when one goes down right at the beginning of season it can throw a huge wrench in production. Thankfully James and his service team were able to get us fixed and back out in no time. Their knowledge and customer service is unmatched. They might be a bit out of the way but we’d make the drive anytime for their unmatched service! Thanks guys!
