Terrible service. Terrible prices. 0 corrective actions taken when the employees make mistakes. You will pay for the mistakes they make and they will hide them. Watch over their shoulder the whole time if you absolutely have to come here. They will tack on charges and services without asking if you don't see it happening. Be very careful, it will cost you big time.

We have been AT&T customers for years, and needed support today with transferring an old phone to a friend. The customer service provided by Colby was outstanding. He was polite and helpful, pleasant and efficient. Even though he didn’t gain a sale, Colby provided excellent service. We appreciate him.

I bought a phone here. An I Phone15. The girl sends me home with it. There is a cord in the box but no adapter. Who is to know that Iphone has changed their adapters!!! I bought a new phone because i need to be certain to have connectivity. I live in GASQUET. There is no way for me to charge my phone. This child is an idiot. Please remove her from the sales room of AT&T as many of us rely on phone connectivity.

I can’t remember the last time I received service that was as outstanding! I had to write this review to thank Jeff Green for his warmth, patience and in-depth knowledge of all the products and how they work. He was extremely kind and helped us for what seemed like over an hour or maybe even longer. He never pushed or rushed us. We ended up buying an iPad and Jeff even gave up his lunch and stayed with us while the info was transferred to the new iPad. The guy gave up his lunch! That is old fashioned service that is almost non-existent in today’s world.

Exemplary service! I have never felt so welcome and taken care of at any other at&t store. I had multiple questions and issues pertaining to my mobile device. Nick, the store associate assisting me, was amazingly patient and knowledgeable. Nick went above and beyond in his endeavor to resolve my issues while simultaneously tending to the influx of additional customers. Which at a time exceeded 6 persons other than myself. He remained composed, respectful, and efficiently took care of every last customer in an orderly fashion. Thank you for your awesome help, Nick! You're a great employee and more folks could stand to learn a lesson from your work ethic. If I was able to give ten stars, I'd give an 11. I will absolutely be returning here for business and sending all of my friends and co-workers here as well.-Richard
